Kerala University offers merit-based and need-based scholarships to students. The University of Kerala offers a Students’ Aid Fund Scholarship to students whose family annual income is less than INR 25,000. An amount of INR 1,500 and INR 1,000 is offered to students of PG and UG programmes, respectively.

Further, the University of Kerala provides merit-based scholarships to the students of MSc, MA, MCom, MBA, and MCJ programmes. Candidates with a first-class bachelor’s degree in the University exam are eligible for this scholarship. An amount of INR 3,000 is offered each year under this merit-based scholarship scheme. SCTCE is good when it comes to academics.

Placements: Honesty, placements are not that good. Core companies rarely show up for Auto, so most of us just end up in mass recruiter IT jobs. SCT is good at academics, but the degree alone is useless. If I don't grind coding or Machines learning on the side, I'm not getting a job.

Affordable government college with strong academics, decent placements and good campus facilities.

Placements: Around 60-70 percent of students get placed in circuit branches. The highest package offered is about 10 LPA, and the average package ranges from 4-5 LPA. The lowest package offered is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are TCS, Infosys, and Wipro. About 40 students secure internships. Software engineer and system engineer are the top roles offered here. The placement unit is one of the best in Trivandrum.

Placements: In our study, nearly 91 percent of pupils made progress, the maximum salary offered is 7 LPA, the minimum pay offered is 3 LPA, leading recruitment firms include McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, and Brain & Company, consultant and urban planners are among the top positions available, and approximately 86 percent of students secured an internship.
