KIIT B.E. / B.TechKIIT BTech Fees 2026
KIIT fee structure is inclusive of tuition fees, hostel fees, and one-time payable fees. KIIT BTech fees vary based on selected specialisation. The most expensive BTech course is BTech-MTech integrated course, i.e., INR 19 L. Some of the one-time payable charges are counselling registration amount which is INR 75,000 and Hostel admission amount, which is INR 15,000. The counselling registration amount is non-refundable. KIIT BTech refund policy follows the UGC guidelines. Students can refer to KIIT_BTech_refund_policy for details. The Institute also offers Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme [TFW] to the students who hold BPL cards. The 5% of total seats are additionally added for BPL students with zero tuition fees.

KIITEE registrations begin in November and close in the month of July. KIITEE is organised in different phases. Students who have completed Class 12 or will be completing, can apply for the registration. However, students must meet the eligibility criteria.
KIIT BTech Admission Process 2026

- Physically Challenged – 3%
However, 30% seats in each category are reserved for women, only applying to BTech course.
