KLE Academy of Higher Education and Research Scholarships and Funding
Academic Scholarship:
In order to make undergraduate education accessible to meritorious students from low-income families (EWS), the academic scholarship will be awarded to the students by the university for particular academic year.
Under this scholarship, the university will fully or partially reimburse the tuition fees paid by the students belonging to economically weaker section (EWS) of the society.
Allocation of Scholarship:
The concerned principal will be recommending the concerned application.
One student in every regular batch will be eligible for the award of a merit scholarship on application.
The award of a scholarship shall be in terms of adjustment or waiver of percentage of tuition fees for next class, for the students who have applied.
If two or more students have the same marks, then the girl student will be given preference.
Eligibility:
The aggregate marks for consideration to merit scholarship will be more than 70% for each UG program offered by the university per academic year.
Scholarship to be paid only to those students who's parent's/guardian's income from all sources does not exceed Rs. 8.00 Lakh per annum.
Travel Scholarship for Meritorious Students:
Maximum two meritorious students (1st and 2nd Rank) per constituent college will be paid as travel grant for scientific paper presentation in the national conference/ workshop in the same academic year in which he/she has been identified.
