Kota University M.Ed Courses & Fees 2025: Eligibility, Admission, Seats, Dates

University of Kota M.Ed course admission is based on merit. The UOK admisison process is a multi-stage process. It includes an online application, a selection process, and seat finalisation. The step-wise process of admission process is discussed below in detail:

STEP 1: Kota University M.EdApplication Process 2025

Kota University conducts the application process online. The application process for all the courses including M.Ed is INR 500. The step-wise Kota University M.Ed application process is given below:

Step 1.1: Visit the official website of the university.

Step 1.2: Select the ‘Student Corner’ and click on the 'Online Admission'.

Step 1.3: In the next window that opens, click on the 'Fill Online Admission Form' link.

Step 1.4: Enter your name, mobile number, and email address to create a login Id.

Step 1.5: Login and complete the application form.

Step 1.6: Upload the required documents.

Step 1.7: Pay the application fee and apply.

Documents required:

The list of documents (scanned copies) required at the time of application at Kota University is given below:

• Class 10 & Class 12 mark sheets
• Bachelor's degree mark sheets of all years/ all semesters, if applicable
• Recent colored photograph
• Signature with black pen on white paper
• Aadhar Card
• Domicile certificate
• Caste certificate, if applicable
• Economically weaker section (EWS) certificate, if applicable
• Physically handicapped (PH) certificate, if applicable
• Documentary proof for claiming bonus marks
• Migration/ Transfer certificate
• Annual income certificate of father/mother/family
• Voter ID/ Bhamashah Card/ BPL Card, etc. (if available)
• Details of blood group

Note: No application will be accepted in any condition after the last date of admission as given in the university notification.

STEP 2: Selection Process

Candidates who are seeking admission to M.Ed, selection will be based on merit. Once the selection round is concluded, the university may release a merit list. Shortlisted aspirants are allotted seats in the university.

STEP 3: Payment of Admission Fee & Admission Confirmation

Selected candidates must pay the applicable admission fee to confirm their admission at the university. However, the tuition fee for the M.Ed programme has not been disclosed yet.

As per the official website, Kota University doesn’t provide any scholarships to the students. However, the office of the dean at UOK Kota makes sure of the processing /disbursement of the financial support awarded by various agencies. However, there is no specific information related to the UOK scholarship for M.Ed. Furthermore, the university students are eligible for the below-mentioned scholarships:
