Bestest university kumaoun university because it has oll the facilities to make the student future.
Placements: Placement was done good, our placement was done in above 70%. The salary was offered was around 15 thousand.20 student GOT the placement, who have good knowledge. It was very useful for us. Because after joining the hospitals or colleges we get to know more and more about the things. That we can not get understand theoretically.
Infrastructure: The facilities provided bye the college was good. Labs were made in a proper manner to do the practices, library all the old and new versions of books were kept, free time sports and games were there, competition is held in every month to make the students capable, food was good in canteen, hostel facilities, mess food was good daily change in food according to days. Never get any problem during my college time.
Faculty: Infrastructure of the college was very good, teachers of every subjects teached very well, and helped every time whenever needed, the teachers of every subject try to use the new method for the student to make them understandable. And yes the course curriculum was very useful for me.
Other: Every year freshers party, fairwell party, programmes like dance competition, games, annual day sports day is there, scholarship system was also there, extracurricular activities like G. k quiz was held in a week.

The infrastructure is not very good, average placements and good support from teachers.
Placements: There is no placement cell in the college. Companies do not come to the campus for placements frequently, as I heard from seniors. But some of our seniors got placed in various government jobs with their own sources. There were good placements before the previous year. Some students got 6 lacs per annum salary package, and some got lower than that. They got placed in research institutes as main researchers. Some other students also got placed in various private firms with an average package of 3 lacs per annum.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is not that good, but it is average and okay. There are enough desks and benches for every student. The building is average but, it is old. Renovation is done every 5 years approximately. Labs are not that good as there is lack of some instruments. A canteen is also available for students, but it is in very bad condition and very less students go there for anything.
Faculty: Teaching quality is good. Teachers are supportive and well-educated. There is a 1:5 teacher to student ratio. The course curriculum is very useful, and there is less industry exposure. But teachers help students in those very things from time to time.
Other: There is an annual fest named Goonj. The campus is always crowded. There are some caste scholarships provided. There is also an auditorium, and there is a museum near the auditorium.

It is lovable, great and an awesome college.
Placements: We have amazing placement from this university in Chennai, Mumbai, and Bangalore, and every one should join this college for better placement and bright future. The faculty in every sector and course of the university is awesome. My all seniors got good placements and all are doing well in their career.
Infrastructure: There is a Wi-Fi available in the whole campus. Great Quality in labs and classrooms are well settled, and an awesome library for reading and all books are amazing and knowledgeable are available in the college. Tasty food is available in canteens, and however, the hostel is well also with the well-lighted room.
Faculty: The teachers of the college are helpful, well-qualified NET PhD, and has amazing knowledge. Their method of teaching is awesome, and the teaching through the projector and smart classes are well. Every one who want a good knowledge and well placement should join this college. I had a great experience.

DBT Kumaun University, should you opt or not?
Placements: It was very confidently said by the staff members themselves that they will not offer any placements as they do not think that it is required. When we asked the HOD, she did not require the need that there should be any placement cell in this course and that you should go and find your way yourself. This is the most annoying thing I felt here.
Infrastructure: The facilities are good, but they are constantly lacking the maintenance as there are no skilled staff members there to deal with that. The labs are there but several pieces of equipment are tagged as under repair and I have not seen them getting repaired. The campus claims to have Wi-Fi, but that hardly is able to do the job here.
Faculty: Frankly speaking, I had not seen any teacher coming to a student for even explaining the practical sessions, however, some classes are regular here. They are also found in one room gossiping always, but we can not say anything because of the terror of internal marks that they can deduct.
Other: I have not received my mark sheet yet and the third semester is about to get over. They require the the fee on time, and there is no relaxtion over here whatsoever.

The best college to pursue and it would be worthwhile to invest two years here.
Placements: Every week three to four hours of training sessions are conducted for students and technical skills training programmes are organised. Monthly tests are conducted as well. The highest package offered is 12 lac per annum and the lowest package offered is 5.5 lac per annum. And yes, this is a good college for us as at least we are living in a healthy environment.
Infrastructure: Here, libraries, sports facilities, study rooms and classrooms are provided. Wi-Fi facilities and technical support are provided as well. Hygienic canteen facilities and food services are provided too. The college campus and departments are kept clean and tidy. Food is very tasty in canteens. The college field gives a good view and everything is good.
Faculty: All subject teachers provide knowledge by employing better understanding methods and one on one mentoring is provided for each student. And mini projects are conducted each semester. All skills-based training is provided. Workshops, seminars and events are organized as well.
Other: By choosing this course we have many job opportunities that we want to apply for. The teachers are very knowledgeable but they are very rude and not so talkative which I think should resolve. Campus activities, scholarships for poor students to achieve their goals and every facility are provided here.
