Yes, according to a college admissions website, the Institute of Mass Communication and Media Technology, Kurukshetra University, has open admissions for its B.Tech course. The eligibility criteria for the Kurukshetra University BSc course are Class 12 examination with English & Biology with at least 40% aggregate.
