Lovely Professional University (LPU) is also better in the case of B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) in terms of its better infrastructure, wider campus, and stronger placement. LPU also has more specializations in CSE and a stronger curriculum to offer a competitive advantage through experiential learning in new technologies. Though LPU is more expensive, its accreditations, placements with key corporate houses, and campus infra make it the choice for most future engineers.

Hello there, Between DAV University and Lovely Professional University (LPU), I'd genuinely recommend going for LPU if you're serious about pursuing engineering. The scale and quality of infrastructure at LPU is on another level altogether—modern labs, smart classrooms, high-end computing facilities, and industry-tied centres for advanced tech training like AI, robotics, and data science. One of the things that stood out for me is how LPU blends practical learning with theory so well. Their focus on project-based learning and strong industry collaboration really sets students up for success in the job market.LPU also has a far more established placement ecosystem. It's not just about numbers, it's about quality companies coming in—Google, Microsoft, Bosch, Cognizant, TCS, you name it. Faculty here are experienced, many with industry backgrounds or PhDs, and you also get a lot of industry exposure through live projects, internships, and workshops. Plus, LPU has collaborations with international universities, so if you're aiming for global exposure too, it's a great choice. DAV University is good in its own capacity but when you compare reach, facilities, placement opportunities, and curriculum strength—LPU definitely has the upper hand.I hope this helps.
