In order to get admission to BTech at Ramaiah University, students need to fulfil minimum eligibility criteria, i.e., to pass Class 12 with 45% with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory courses along with Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Electronics or Computer science.
