Good faculty, bad professor - student interaction, good placements, awesome college life.
Placements: Placement support is given by the college. Although it's an autonomous college, its ties with government programs keep it a step higher than its fellow contenders. My branch has the highest and best placement ratio. The highest package was 59 LPA from our branch itself. The average goes like 8-10 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is really great. Each and every facility is provided by the college administration. The hostel might not satisfy some people (which is always the case for every hostel in India). Classrooms are air-conditioned and are well-equipped with digital machinery.
Faculty: The curriculum is what separates our college from others. What you might study in the 3rd or 4th semester, our college makes you well-versed in that subject in the first year itself. Although professors are just the same as those typical Government College professors, I hope you know what I mean.
Other: Do get inducted into different Clubs and Societies. Believe me. It will make a difference for sure. These things in our college are the best. You will get loads and loads of exposure, and you surely will learn a lot. So keep pushing your limits here in events.

Good academics, decent placement, average hostel facilities.
Placements: About 80% people got placed in the 2026 batch. The highest package is 45 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA. Many top companies visit our campus, like Amazon, Josh Technology Group, Accenture, Tech Mahindra, etc. Many got internships as well in companies like PayPal, Accenture, etc.
Infrastructure: In MMMUT Gorakhpur, classes, libraries, and hostels are equipped with Wi-Fi facilities with good speed. Infrastructure is quite good with all sorts of facilities like Wi-Fi, water cooler, ground, open gym area, etc. The food quality is decent, and there is medical support available.
Faculty: Professors in college are quite supportive. They are highly qualified and have good communication skills as well. However, there is a criterion of 75% attendance due to which we need to attend almost all the classes, which becomes hectic sometimes. The course curriculum is relevant to what is being asked in interviews nowadays, like OS, OOPS, CN, DSA, etc. Good thing is that semester exams are quite manageable like you don't have to study for it a lot. We can manage both the placement and the college studies in parallel.

I am satisfied. Faculty is good, placements are average, and the infrastructure is good.
Placements: Placement percentage is good. Approximately 85 percent of students got placed. The highest package is 45 LPA this year and the lowest package is 12 LPA. This year Amazon, Reliance, Aditya Birla, and Apollo. 70 percent of students got internships. Roles offered are software developer and engineer. Other roles offered are AIML engineer.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good in 2026 because the whole campus is renovated including the hostel and departments. If you want to join this college the infrastructure of the college and the course are good and satisfactory. It is a very good choice according to the infrastructure and greenery.
Faculty: Faculty is good, well-educated, and very helpful. The curriculum is updated and good. According to me the curriculum is industry-relevant and not very much but better. Semester exams are moderate all questions are based on PyQ mainly. Some specific books help you to score well in exams.
Other: College fest and other things are average not very good or bad.

eview of BBA in Madan Mohan Malviya University of Technology, Gorakhpur.
Placements: I am just a fresher now, I don't know much, but I know that 2 of my seniors got placed just with BBA General. Both of them got package of 7 LPA in Bangalore. As our college is offering Hons too. So our seniors told us you would get a good placement at the time of passing out. More than a 15 LPA package is offered and it all depends on our skills. The jobs are offered as sales manager, finance, and HR.
Infrastructure: I would rate classes 5/5 because we got classrooms with AC and smart boards. There is free Wi-Fi on the entire campus 24/7. There are more than 10,000 books in the library. The library also has a facility of Computers. If we talk about the hostel, it's good for survival. I got the hostel which is the best compared to other hostels. There are tiled floors and all. There is a good canteen and sports facilities, but not so good medical facilities.
Faculty: Teachers are so knowledgeable and well-qualified. They just don't help in studies but teach beyond the academics. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are not that tough. It's easy if you are studying well.
Other: I chose this course because I want to know how big industries work and know their internals and externals. Being a management student, it teaches us how a business is managed. Beyond profit, I think they can include technical skills classes for management students. Events are good and the campus crowd is positive. All students, teachers, and non-teaching staff have good connectivity. We get UP scholarship. There are many extracurricular activities conducted.

MMMUT:- Our emerging college.
Placements: I am from the 2024-28 batch. So, still waiting for placement because placement starts from the 3rd year onwards. This year college placed about 94 percent of students. There are a lot of mass recruiters that took a lot of students at a low amount 2 LPA-5 LPA like TCS, Infosys, etc. The highest placement this year is 58 LPA and the lowest is 2 LPA. Recruiting companies are Hammingwave, Google, TCS, Infosys, etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is ok but now they are working on it. 24-hour electricity, Wi-Fi service, and RO water are available. All classes are AC-oriented. There are medical facilities available on campus where you can have your primary checkup and all. Food in the mess is good and every day you get a variety. There is a cafeteria where you can enjoy your meal. Overall college infrastructure is good.
Faculty: All curriculum is industry oriented if someone follows that then they are good to go. They have a highly qualified professor with a degree of B.Tech, M.Tech, and Ph.D. They are rounded and help a lot. Recently 5-6 professors appeared in the top 10 percent of scientists. There are 2 exams minor and major. They are easy and you can score easily good marks.
Other: I chose it because I was getting it. I didn't have any other option and getting CSE here was not bad. Even though the reputation of the college is good I chose this course. They can have more lab-oriented things. There are a lot of events Abhiyudhaya, CSA activity, heat, etc. Within 4 km you find a railway station, a bus stand to the airport. Scholarship is provided by the UP government.

MMMUT B. Tech (Information Technology) review.
Placements: Around 80–85 percent of students get placed every year. The highest package offered this year is 59 LPA, secured off-campus at Uber by a senior from the IT branch. The average package ranges between 5–6 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Accenture, TCS, Josh Technologies, and DevsLane. Many students also secure internships at companies like DevsLane, DeShaw, and PayPal based on their skills. The top roles offered are SDE, java developer, full stack web developer, and data analyst.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is well-developed. All classrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with smart boards, audio, and microphone systems. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled, and each student and faculty member receives a unique ID to access it. The laboratories are well-maintained. The food quality in the mess is average. The mess is managed by the student community. The campus has a clinic for medical facilities. A stadium is available for sports such as badminton, hockey, volleyball, and other games.
Faculty: The faculty members at MMMUT are well-qualified, supportive, and knowledgeable. They teach effectively, and students can easily approach them for help. The course curriculum is relevant and updated according to modern technologies, which makes students industry-ready. The semester exams are not very difficult. Students can pass by studying a few days before the exam. The passing marks are 15 out of 50 in the major final examination. One minor test and one major exam are conducted per semester.
Other: I choose the Information Technology course to expand my knowledge of modern technologies and move toward software engineering. The best aspect of the course is its relevant curriculum, which does not include unnecessary subjects. The curriculum includes subjects like Web Development, C, C++, Java, and Python. Multiple events and fests are conducted for first-year students. Abhyudaya is the annual cultural fest. Techsrijan is the annual technical fest. Eligible students receive the UP Scholarship.

It is a good and underrated college of UP, and it is the best college of UP with NIRF ranking of 60.
Placements: So many students pass and get placement from here. The highest package of all time is approximately 55 LPA, with an average package of 8 LPA. Many companies like Microsoft, Google, LinkedIn, Unilever, and many more higher companies come to recruit the students. Many students of the college get internships at Adobe, Microsoft, Google, and many more. From my knowledge, at least 70 to 80 percent of students participate in it. The top branches of the college are CS, IT, IoT, etc.
Infrastructure: All the facilities and infrastructure are here a good Wi-Fi network, excellent labs, a good classroom, and one of the essential things, a good and big library. Food is best in my hostel mess. An ambulance and a doctor's facility are provided. All sports and game areas are there.
Faculty: Very good teachers are here, well-qualified. They make a good student industry question of the exams is pretty tough. The teaching quality is so nice. Many of our professors are among the best 2 percent of scientists in the world, as published by Stanford University.
Other: One of the best branches is civil in this college I chose this as my career to be an engineer. My faculty are well-known, who written many books. Faculty are the best in this college. Many fests and tech events are organised here a good alumni network is here.

Balanced academics and extracurricular opportunities.
Placements: Our 2025 batch at MMMUT had a pretty solid placement season. Close to 85% of the students who were set for placement got offers, which was encouraging for everyone. The highest package touched around 59 LPA, while the lowest stood around 3-4LPA, and the average package was near 7LPA. Top recruiters include Amazon, NPCL, Bharat Electronics Ltd. IBM, Cognizant, Myntra, Accenture, Apollo, TCS, ACKO, Aditya Birla group are offering diverse opportunities across both II and Core engineering sectors. Internships were also a strong point, with about 60-65% of the students gaining industrial exposure through top companies like Amazon, Tcs.
Infrastructure: The course infrastructure includes Wi-Fi, a proper computer lab, an AI/ml lab, a Chemistry lab, a Physics research lab, spacious classrooms with a smart board, and a well-stocked library for study and research. Hostel facilities are decent with clean rooms, though the mess food quality varies. Medical support is available on campus, and sports grounds for cricket and football, volleyball, along with games keep student life active.
Faculty: The faculty are qualified and supportive, with good teaching quality that helps students grasp concepts well. The curriculum is updated and industry -oriented, preparing students for placements. Semester exams are moderately tough but fair, and the overall pass percentage remains high.
Other: I did not get the option to join IIT or NIT, so I decided to pursue my course at MMMUT. Choosing this college has still given good exposure with decent infrastructure, supportive faculty, and active campus life. While there are areas that can improve, the overall environment here is positive and helps students grow academically and personally.
