In accordance with Notification No. XXXVI (3)/2016/48 (1)/2016) of the University Grant Commission (UGC) Act, 1956 and Vidhayee & Sansdiya Karyavibhag in Uttarakhand. The Maharaja Agrasen Himalayan Garhwal University is located adjacent to the Garhwal ranges of the Shivalik hills in a serene and pollution-free setting.
