The college is average in terms of beauty because it has a green campus and 3 to 4 grounds.

Placements: The average package of the Mining branch is 10–12 LPA. The average package of Electrical Engineering is 7–8 LPA. The top recruiting companies include Vedanta, Secure Meters, Adani Group, and Hindustan Zinc.

Infrastructure: The laboratories in the college are old, except for the Electrical Engineering department. The Electrical department has new labs and better infrastructure, while labs of other departments are below average. The mess food is also below average. There are no medical facilities, and no games or fests are organized by the college.

Faculty: Faculty members are not very well qualified. Most of them are guest faculty. The course curriculum is relevant because regular labs are conducted for students, which helps students become industry-ready. However, the overall academic environment is not very study-oriented.

Other: I chose this branch because Electrical Engineering has demand in almost every developed city, which provides better career opportunities. I am a student at the College of Technology and Engineering, Udaipur, which comes under MPUAT, Udaipur. The best branches in this college are Mining Engineering and Electrical Engineering. For admission to Mining Engineering, students need to score above the 90th percentile in JEE, and for Electrical Engineering, the required cutoff is above the 87th percentile. This is the 2025 cutoff.
