Other: One of the most impressive thing about MMU is the sprawling campus with all types of facilities. Anything and everything a student need is present there. Major advantage is the full-fledged Hospital where consultation charges for students is free. But the disappointing feature is that only 2 to 3 faculty members in a department are good, rest simply are not up to the mark. Also, the membership of the college to scientific journals are not adequate. The quality of Lab work for M-tech students is very poor. Placements for M-tech Students is virtually non-existent. Hostel Facilities are costly and electricity is charged separately. For girls, hostel is recommended since the security is high and full proof measures are taken like calling home to inform the parents about when a girl is leaving for home and again calling when the girl reaches hostel when she is back to the hostel. Wi-Fi facility in hostel is very good with high speed. Ragging is non-existent. There also exists sports complex boasting a swimming pool. Hostel for Foreign National are separate. There is parking for hostel students if they have their own vehicle. The hostel food is good with 3 meals a day and tea milk 2 times a day. Library facilities is also good with a good collection of books.
