MDU Rohtak Hostel Facilities
MDU Rohtak hostel facilities include Beds, Tables, Chairs, Lights, and Fans. MDU Rohtak offers 10 boys' hostels and 8 girls' hostels. With these 10 boys' hostels, over 1,966 rooms are availble for eligible candidates. Not all students qualify for hostel admission; they must meet the eligibility criteria established by the University. Students living within 40km of the university campus are not eligible for hostel facilities. The Chief Warden conducts room allotments after all required eligibility criteria are met. Within the hostel campus, 24/7 CCTV surveillance is in place for the safety and security of students. All hostels operate under the supervision of a Warden and a Chief Warden. MDU Rohtak hostel has a separate Mess committee consisting of the Warden, Hostel Supervisor, Mess Supervisor, and regular residents selected by the Warden. MDU Rohtak Library
The main library of the University is called Vivekananda Library, which is centrally located, making it easily accessible from all departments, institutes, hostels, and residential areas. With a floor area of 110,000 sq ft, the library has a capacity for 2,463 readers. It also features a reading room capable of accommodating 1,650 readers and is available for 27 hours. The library complex has 13 scholars’ rooms and a committee room-cum-video conferencing hall. It also has five satellite libraries: the Hotel & Tourism Library, IMSAR Library, Law Library, Math Library, and UIET Library, with an extra capacity of 428 seats. The library is managed by well-qualified staff who are responsible for maintaining discipline.

MDU Rohtak Sports Facilities
To promote sports, MDU Rohtak has a dedicated sports complex that includes nearly all basic sports facilities. Maharshi Dayanand University library system comprises Vivekananda Library, named after Swami Vivekananda, has carved a niche for itself in the University firmament. It has the capacity to accommodate more than 3,58,300 volumes of books and bound journals in its stack areas, Reading Hall with capacity for 963 readers, 13 Scholars’ Rooms, a Committee Room-cum-Videoconferencing Hall. The Library has five satellite libraries – Law Library, IMSAR Library, and UIET. Library, Math Library, and Hotel & Tourism Library. Digital Library which provides e-Resources, Remote Access, e-Journals, e-Reference Sources, etc. to the students.

The University provides residential accommodation on the campus to over 4000 students in its 19 hostels. Mess in each hostel is run by the residents on cooperative basis. Infrastructure: There is Wi-Fi, but it's like no recharge in it, too slow. Labs are like average, as many computers don't work properly or even start, and some keyboards don't work. Classrooms are decent, all have a smart board and a projector. But during my full graduation time, I didn't understand, when teachers taught with that, they were just like museum artifacts. Library is good but not so big, only at a time, 20-30 students can study there.
Infrastructure: The college has an accessible and convenient layout. Each room is marked, and washrooms are available near every classroom. The lift is always in working condition and helps tired and disabled students. Fire extinguishers are placed near every corner for safety.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college campus is described as okay. Our college has an ancient building which appears as has not been renovated or kept for a very long time, as a result of which it appears faded. The college's reputation is going down every day. There is also a Wi-Fi arrangement in the college, but it's of no use to students because they are not given access.
