Manipur University offers BTech via its affiliated college, Manipur Institute of Technology. For admission to the BTech course, a JEE Main score is required to get shortlisted. However, candidates are also provided with the option of applying for the BTech course without a JEE score. Candidates who are applying under the Non-JEE category, an entrance test conducted for the remaining seats that are not filled by the candidates with a JEE (Main) 2025 score card.  

Manipur University hasn't released any admission dates until now for the BTech cousre. Candidates can expect the dates for BTech admission to be out soon. As per the previous year's date, the BTech admission application portal for the JEE candidates was open on May 24, 2024, and the last date to submit the application form was June 7, 2024. And for the non-JEE candidates, the application process began on June 12, 2024, and the last date to apply was on July 10, 2024. 

For Manipur University for BTech course admission candidates can apply in two ways either with JEE score or without JEE scores. For admission with JEE score, candidates must have completed the Class 12 examination. Eligible candidates can register on the official website of IAE for the BTech course. After registration, candidates are required to fill out the application form. Candidates who have submitted the application form must appear for the selection rounds, which include shortlisting candidates based on their JEE score. Once the exam is completed, candidates are shortlisted based on their scores. 

For students who don't have the JEE scores, they are also required to complete the Class 12 exam. However, for the selection rounds, they must appear for the in-house entrance exam. Further, candidates must also participate in the counselling rounds for branch allocations.

Finally, applicants who have made it to the final shortlist must pay the BTech course fee and finalise their admission. Candidates can start attending the classes on campus by checking the session start date.

Manipur University offers BTech course via its affiliated college, Manipur Institute of Technology. There are a total of 150 seats offered under the BTech cousre. The seats are allocated based on candidates score in the JEE score and the Univeristy entrance test.
