I liked my university campus.

Placements: As for placement, it is a good choice for MCA students. A lot of companies come, and almost 50% of students get placements with companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, and Infosys. Around 100+ companies come, and many have criteria of 60% minimum throughout the career. Placements start in the 3rd semester itself.

Infrastructure: There are two-seater and four-seater rooms with AC/non-AC. Basic facilities like tables, chairs, and almirahs are provided, with balconies, and room sizes are good. There are common washrooms, etc. Meals include breakfast, lunch, dinner, and tea at 5 pm, along with basic snacks. The quality of food is good, and the menu changes every day, which is fixed.

Faculty: The curriculum is good as it covers all basics, but it does not cover advanced topics to bridge the gap of industry skills. It also binds me so that I could not learn anything outside of it because of continuous exams. We have to focus on the curriculum. The curriculum does not prepare us for real-world things, but it does prepare our fundamentals. Exams are held every month. Mid-sem and end-sem exams are in 3-4 months.

Life at Medicaps (as per of 2024).

Placements: Less than 2% students were placed in 2024 batch. The highest on-campus placement was of 7 Lacs in TCS. There is no average package but we can assume it is 250,000 rupees. Only 4 students got placed out of 250 students in my batch. 3 got placed in TCS. 1 got placed in TalentOla. No companies approach in campus for internships. Job roles offered are software-developer by US-IT recruiter.

Infrastructure: The faculty is very supportive and helpful; you can ask them questions anytime, and they will try to solve your doubts every time you reach out to them. The library is very vast; it has 10 lakh books. I personally only used library books and didn't buy any books from outside, as the library provides us with books for 15 days for free. After that, one can renew or submit that book. The food in the hostel mess and college canteen is average but one can approach Gurukripa Restaurant, which is in front of the university and provides good food.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and ready to clear doubts all the time; some faculty members are Ph.D. and some are MCA graduates from NIT. The curriculum is relevant; it teaches us the basics of CSE but it can not make us industry-ready as no in-trend technologies are taught. Semester exams are averagely difficult and I personally feel that they are good. The pass percentage is 90%.

Other: MCA is equivalent to B.Tech and we can be software engineers after this course. MCA must have some industry subjects, like JavaScript. Events in media camps are impressive. In 2023, Darshan Rawal came to the university to perform during our annual festival, 'MoonStone'.

Absolutely because of good faculty, good placement and very nice infrastrure.

Placements: Till now 60 percent students are placed in MCA cource. The highest package in MCA field is 8.5 LPA and the lowest package is 3.2 LPA and the average package is 4.2 LPA to 4.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are tcs, capgemini, wipro, deloitte, principal global etc. The roles offered are data analyst, software developer etc.

Infrastructure: The overall infrastructure is very good. There are two food courts in college campus. Stationery shops. There are Wi-Fi labs, nice classrooms, clean washrooms, purified facility, library with Wi-Fi which has unlimited access. The food of hostel mess is also good. The sports facility is also good.

Faculty: The teachers arre very helpful and well qualified and well knowledgeable. The Cource curriculum is very relevant and it make the student industry ready. The semester exams are moderate. And almost 98 percent of student passes the exam easily. There are 2 mid sem in between the semester.

If you are a self-learner, then take admission here.

Placements: Almost all students get placed with an average salary package of 3 LPA. If students do not get placed, it's the student's fault because they have to prepare for placements. You can expect the highest salary package of 7 LPA and the lowest salary package of 2.5 LPA. If your coding skills are good, then you will get SDE roles. Otherwise, you will get testing profiles.

Infrastructure: You'll get a chance to sit in the lab daily and have your own system, but some faculty members won't teach programming. You should have the will to learn on your own, then it's good. Don't just rely on teachers, and they will just complete the syllabus. So, I suggest you study on your own.

Faculty: Teachers here are helpful but up to an extent. Don't expect them to teach you other than the syllabus. One teacher will teach you multiple subjects throughout the course. By the end of your course, you will have more technical knowledge than your faculty members.

Other: I suggest you don't miss attending Moonstone event.

Review of Medi-Caps University.

Placements: Placements available in our college are enough to place all students in good companies like TCS, Impetus, Worldpay and many MNCs and local companies. The average salary package offered in our stream was 3.5 LPA, and the minimum salary package offered was 1.5 LPA. The maximum salary package offered was 4.5 LPA. There are many opportunities to do an internship for students who did not get placed in any companies.

Infrastructure: The college provides Wi-Fi facility all over the campus. You can also use a wired network in labs. The library is the best place to study, and we can get all the books related to our course. The classroom environment is too good and clean. Food served in the canteen is delicious. For sportspersons, the college provides good ground and all facilities.

Faculty: Our course is as per my expectations. Every topic, subject and syllabus of the course are related to our field only. Faculty members always help students to learn new things. They are always ready to clear doubt and problems of students. The conclusion of the faculty and course curriculum is acceptable.

Other: I am always interested in the IT field, so I have chosen this course in my master degree after completing B.Sc course.
