Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith (MGKVP), Varanasi usually concludes the application process between May and July for most of its courses across. According to the official admission brochure of MGKVP, there is a horizontal reservation of 20% of the total seats for women candidates in respective categories and cadres. Out of the total number of seats reserved for women, 2% seats are reserved for widows/divorced women (category-wise, in respective cadre).
