Mizoram University offers numerous UG, PG and Diploma programmes in streams such as Engineering, Management, Humanities, Medical, Life Sciences, and Architecture. It also offers courses in the disciplines of Economics, Information Sciences, Education, Mass Communication, Earth Sciences & Natural Resources Management, Fine Arts, and Paramedical Sciences. Mizoram University Aizawl accepts applications in both online and offline modes. Apart from the regular degree courses, Mizoram University also extends Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) and online bachelor’s and master’s degrees, certificates, diplomas, and executive programmes. 

Candidates who have passed Class 12 examination or its equivalent from any recognised board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST) can apply for Mizoram University BTech programme. Those appearing in the Class 12 final or equivalent exam may also appear for MZUEEE provisionally.
