MLSU admission process differs based on the course, candidate applying for. Admission to UG courses at MLSU is based on aggregate score obtained in the qualifying exam followed by the counselling. BTech and BArch admissions at MLSU are based on rank secured in the JEE Main and NATA entrance examinations, respectively. The final selection for BTech and BArch is done though REAP counselling.

During 2022 placements, the University has recorded the highest-ever package of INR 45 LPA. Earlier, the highest package stood at INR 7 LPA during 2021 placements. MLSU eligibility criteria differs course to course. For BTech and BArch admission at MLSU, candidates must have passed Class 12 in PCM with at least 45% aggregate. MLSU offers a wide range of courses at UG and PG level and most of the courses requires minimum 45%-50% aggregate in their required qualification examination (Class 12 or graduation). Admission to MLSU courses is given on the basis of merit list followed by counselling. 

The MLSU hostel fee consists of various components including entry fee, room rent, electricity bill and maintenance charges. Hostel fee varies based on the type of room at the university. The average package offered from 2020 to 2022 placements indicates an improving trend. On the other hand, the highest package and median package have been fluctuating. Further, the lowest package has declined year-on-year. Refer to the table below for MLSU placement package trends:

MLSU passing percentage for professional courses like MBA, MCA and BCA shall be 40% in individual papers and 50% in aggregate. In addition to this, candidate shall also be required to pass in external examination by scoring a minimum of 40% in each paper at Mohanlal Sukhadia University. MLSU admission requirements may varies courses to courses. For most of the courses MLSU accept the admission on the basis of merit list.

The concerned authorities conducting the examination have extended the date of application for the Rajasthan JET 2024 Examination. They announced that until May 6, 2024, students would be able to enroll themselves for the examination through its official website. The last date for registration of Rajasthan JET was previously extended to April 30, 2024. This revised date can help the applicants an additional 2-3 days for applying along with the late fee, as prescribed.

Applicants who want to qualify Rajasthan JET Agriculture exam must follow the below-mentioned strategies to increase their chances of qualifying for the exam. 

1. Know the unit-wise Agriculture syllabus and exam pattern and go through it wholeheartedly  

2. Make short notes while completing the syllabus to revise it last hour. 

3. Solve previous year's question paper to understand the topic understanding. 

4. Solve questions in time-bound manner to increase the chances of qualifying the exam to handle the exam-like pressure at home.
