Great faculty members, supportive kind seniors, great curriculum, and good practical knowledge.
Placements: The recent 4th year batch of our college has a 100% result with ranking 5 in the Nagpur district. The interns are being placed for the internship in the parent's hospital owned by Data Meghe which has plenty of patient flow, helpful to achieve sufficient experience during the internship period. No stipend is provided during the internships.
Infrastructure: College has a good and peaceful environment. There are separate well maintained classrooms with projectors. The library is good with very supportive librarians. Library is equipped with all the necessary books and also with some extra reference books, free Wi-Fi, and having separate student section helping students with their queries. Hostel is good with good maintenance and with supportive staff and all the facilities are provided.
Faculty: Faculty members are really excellent, very supportive, and they all are PhDs with great knowledge. The teaching techniques can make you fall in love with the subjects. The exam conducting cell is also great, in this you don't have a semester but you have 1 university exam per year of your corresponding year. The passing percentage is minimum 70% in all the internals.
Other: As I belong to a low middle-class family. Pursuing a medical course is a dream of my family. But due to sufficient marks in the NEET exam that year I was not qualified for the MBBS course. But one of my father's friends who was professionally a neurologist suggested going with physiotherapy. And after joining the college I personally feel satisfied with being a physiotherapist.

Faculty: There are the best faculty members. Each department holds professors and assistant professors. They are very humble and helpful. The college follows the curriculum given by Maharashtra University of Health Science. Exams are held annually. The university exams are conducted.
Other: Physiotherapy is a very essential and upcoming field.

The college is pretty good.
Placements: The college is very famous, and students often get great job opportunities after graduating. We have a six-month internship within our college; it is included in the course itself. Out of 100 students, at least 80% manage to graduate. Placements are not offered in medical colleges.
Infrastructure: The college has two labs, four classrooms, and one common library. A new building is being constructed on campus, so temporary arrangements have been made in another building until construction is completed. The canteen is average. The taste is good, and the quality is fine. All medical facilities are available. They have a huge football ground, a volleyball ground, and a basketball court. Balls are provided. Sports events are conducted regularly.
Faculty: Some teachers are very knowledgeable and great at teaching. Some just read the slides and leave everything for self-study. They do complete the curriculum on time. The course curriculum is based on the CBCS pattern (choice-based credit system). Semester exams are a little difficult, as they should be. If you score above 50%, you pass. Out of 100 students, at least 75 manage to pass the exams.
Other: I chose physiotherapy because it has very good scope in the future. It's best if you don't want to study as much as for an MBBS or BDS. If a more clinical approach to studies could be included, it would be a good improvement. The more experience, the better the doctor. Events are held occasionally. We have an annual fest held in February. Many extracurricular activities, like poster making and essay writing, are also held during these events and fests.

Our college is good and disciplined.
Placements: There are 50 seats for each batch. It may increase every year. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA. It depends on students' skills. Students can work in any top hospital and treat patients. They can open clinics. The patient flow increases based on students' skills.
Infrastructure: There are many classrooms. We have separate classrooms for every subject. We have to go to the classroom respectively. Our college has labs. The library consists of many books. It has reference books for the subject. The hostel is good and very disciplined.
Faculty: Our teachers are very helpful. They help students before exams. They help students outside the college. They are qualified doctors and very knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. It varies among teachers. Exams are conducted strictly. The pass percentage is 90%.
Other: I chose this course because I want to help people.

The descriptions of life at GSMC.
Placements: The name of the college is enough for you to get a good job in a hospital with a good salary. Almost all graduates are working, except those who want to study further. The students are well trained to take care of patients right after they graduate and excel at it.
Infrastructure: The physiotherapy department is a little outdated, as physiotherapy requires frequent updates in equipment and syllabus. The department could benefit from being situated in a place with more natural light. Hostel accommodation is another issue since not everyone gets a nearby hostel, which is more than 40 minutes away.
Faculty: The teaching staff and syllabus are good, covering important topics effectively. We are encouraged to learn additional material beyond the syllabus, which motivates everyone. The exams are up to standard, and we pass with an average of 50%. The course is relevant and prepares students to be at least 60% ready for their careers.

One of the best colleges for physiotherapy.
Placements: This is the only college in Maharashtra for physiotherapy where campus placement is held. Till the date, 50+ students are been placed in companies like One Rehab, Child Rehab center, etc. The average package offered is 5–6 Lacs per annum. About internship, it is compulsory for each student to do an internship as this is a medical course; hence, the college itself provides internship for students for 6 months. Roles offered in this course are physiotherapists, academicians, self-practices, sports physiotherapists, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good because each and every department has enough space and equipment. The physiotherapy department has 4 classrooms with good ventilation, premium desks, a projector, and a blackboard. The physiotherapy department has its own library with numerous books of all subjects; they have also provided free access to the e-library on the college computers. About the hostel, it is combined with the hostel of a medical college; the room is spacious enough for 2 people, and the college provides 2 beds with mattresses, tables, chairs, and cupboards. Each floor has 8 rooms and 4 common bathrooms and toilets. The quality of the food in the mess is questionable, not that good. The canteen is better, but it has fewer food options and is more expensive. The medical emergency hospital of our college provides 50 to 70 percent concession to the students. For sports, there is a cricket turf, basketball court, volleyball ground, tennis ground, athletics track, cricket ground, green gym on the ground, and also a fully equipped gym for students with a cost of only 500 till the end of the course.
Faculty: Teachers are well experienced and are masters of their field. They teach very well in both theory and practice. The curriculum of this course is relevant and perfectly created, as this field is more of a practical thing; hence, 50 percent of the curriculum is practical-based. Yes, it makes the students industry-ready; after the completion of the degree, the student can practice as a physiotherapist. Exams are annual university exams and not semester-wise. The difficulty level of the exam is moderate, and every year the passing percentage is about 90 to 92%.
Other: I chose this course because it is a medical field without any surgical procedures. Here we are treating patients without pricking. The best thing about this course is we are the most close person to the patient because every session we take of more than an hour and keep motivating patient for their betterment. Things need to improve. The curriculum must include radiology and surface anatomy because they are musts for the diagnosis of many conditions. Events here are the annual gathering, Bollywood night, freshers, farewell, convocation ceremony, sports week, etc. Extracurricular activities like medical camps, small functions, workshops, conferences. Scholarship is provided by Maharashtra government as Rajashri Shahu Maharaj post-matric scholarship; it offers 50% fees for OBC category and more than 50 percent for SC and NT categories.
