The college vibe is totally good. The ambience of the campus is full of fun, and faculty are good.
Placements: The university gives such a good placement but if we have a good CGPA, the companies that conduct interviews are not very difficult. The placement is also good but we have to do our best for the placement. The placement gives every student an opportunity that they can't get.
Infrastructure: The hostel is totally good and comfortable like a playing area, vibe, and chilling area. All the facilities are available there and all the students in the hostel are also friendly like not rude, just having fun with each other, and no other bad things like smoking and all.
Faculty: The faculty are very friendly. They give proper guidance and are not too rude with students, and the curriculum activities are also good. Exams are not too tough we can pass the exam before studying 1 month ago. We just have to study hard so we can easily pass the test.
Other: The crowd is also friendly like sometimes bad things happen, but GLS faces that and takes out the solution as per the situation. The campus is also good with a good vibe.

GLS review by a FOC student.
Placements: I am a 1st year student. As per the conversation with the senior and placement cell, I can tell that about 60-70% of students get placement for internship and management level jobs with an average package of 3-4 LPA and a top package of around 6-7 LPA, which I would say is a decent placement opportunity by the college.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is quite decent, and students have to register for Wi-Fi access, and hygiene levels are maintained. The hostel provided by the college is great, and the food feels like home. The college also provides PG facilities, which are excellent but a little bit costly.
Faculty: Faculty members are helpful not only in the curriculum but also in your personal growth and give guidance for your future. Exams are moderately difficult. There are many additional courses offered by the college that make students industry-ready. Most of the teachers are doctoral holders.
Other: Course give flexibility and many co-curricular activities, events, and festivals take place, which keep campus life alive.

A good college in a good location with a nice campus and faculty members.
Placements: Many companies visit the college for placements for the year 2025. Some students got placements at companies. The placement cell also works hard to make sure students get their preferred job role. I guess the highest package offered is 8 or 9 LPA.
Infrastructure: The B.Tech classrooms are nice. Labs are also well-maintained. It provides a good space for sitting and reading in the library. GLS College doesn't have its own hostel, but they have tie-ups with the hostel. The Hive Hostel is nice, and I stay there only.
Faculty: Teachers in the B.Tech department are really helpful. Whenever we get stuck in anything, they help us get resolved. The course curriculum is relevant, which would be helpful in the future. Semester exams are not that difficult, and the main thing we get stuck on is the objective (11 marks).
Other: Events are organised like youth fest, tech fest, sports event, etc. Surroundings of the campus are really safe as it is always crowded. GLS University FET department doesn't only focus on academics, but also makes us solve problems that can be further implemented.

Overall a decent college.
Placements: Approximately [e.g., 85-90%] of students from our course are successfully placed in various companies. The average package offered in our course is around 4 LPA, with the highest package reaching 12 LPA. The lowest package is typically around [e.g., 3 LPA]. Leading companies that recruited from our course included TCS, along with other prominent firms such as [e.g., Infosys, Wipro, HCL Technologies, and Capgemini]. A significant percentage of students, estimated at [e.g., 70-75%], secured internships during their course tenure. These internships are primarily with companies.
Infrastructure: Classrooms and library are good. Canteen is okay. Games and sports are just okay, not very good. Overall, it is okay. We have a great space to study in library. Labs and classrooms are good enough with study boards, smart, and a good overall ambience to study there.
Faculty: Teachers are very supportive. Course curriculum is decent. Semester exams are quite above average. Teaching quality is also quite decent. Course curriculum is just fine, and extra topics are also covered beyond the course.
Other: For marketing roles, we have sports curriculum and better experience overall. Scholarships to the reservation categories are provided. I chose the college primarily for a good experience and good value which it fulfilled. But the presentations are very frequent which helps in building confidence.

Life at GLS University where you can experience your life's best 3 years.
Placements: If we have 100 students, many students don't appear in placement because they want to pursue an MBA, and those who appeared in placement got the placement, but not everyone got a good placement. Our college has companies like Arvind, Tata Motors, Bajaj, Smyten, and many more companies, and some of these offer the best placements.
Infrastructure: In GLS, we have the best classroom, and they are building new infrastructure for the next batches. We have a fully air-conditioned classroom. We have a library where you can find many books. Our college has an open gym in which you can go and exercise, and the college has a total of 3 canteens, and the canteen food is the best.
Faculty: Faculty is very helpful in our college, and they are helpful in every step of college life. They teach in the best possible way. They do practical activities to understand more easily, and the teaching quality is best. GLS offers a curriculum that gets students ready for industry, and they have an industry visit also in the 2nd year, and their exam pattern is simple in 1 year, there are 2 semesters, and 1 semester has a total of 3 exams.

This college is good for attitude and fashion.
Placements: Some students get placed by the college, some are self-placed, and some are still not placed. A few companies recruit only one student each. One incident I want to share is that a student forgot to fill out the placement form, so the college did not allow him to attend any company interviews. In the second phase, the college warned him and agreed to let him sit for the placement interviews.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is very good, and the computer labs are also very good. Classrooms are fully air-conditioned and smart. The library is small but good, and the sports room is very large. Weekly game events are organized by students.
Faculty: In college, exams are very difficult. Exams are conducted twice in a semester, one internal and one external. This course is best for now because the future is all about computer science. You need to have all computer knowledge, and the best courses after B.Tech and computer engineering are MCA, which is good for everyone.
Other: MCA is a real-life exam course focused on computer science. This college is the best for future life. But the only problem is that it is not very good for placements.

GLS UNIVERSITY NEED-BASE SCHOLARSHIP:
The University will provide the Merit-cum-means scholarship/financial assistance to deserving students who are academically good and may need financial assistance to pursue their studies in the University. These scholarships cum financial assistance will be granted to financially weak students each academic year, subject to the approval of the University committee and the board of governors.

Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW)

Any reserved category student from SC or ST who obtained admission in any program in any program under TFW seats as a state quota through the government's admission committee (ACPC). Full tuition fee will be waived for such students till the completion of the program.
