Life at GLS University where you can experience your life's best 3 years.

Placements: If we have 100 students, many students don't appear in placement because they want to pursue an MBA, and those who appeared in placement got the placement, but not everyone got a good placement. Our college has companies like Arvind, Tata Motors, Bajaj, Smyten, and many more companies, and some of these offer the best placements.

Infrastructure: In GLS, we have the best classroom, and they are building new infrastructure for the next batches. We have a fully air-conditioned classroom. We have a library where you can find many books. Our college has an open gym in which you can go and exercise, and the college has a total of 3 canteens, and the canteen food is the best.

Faculty: Faculty is very helpful in our college, and they are helpful in every step of college life. They teach in the best possible way. They do practical activities to understand more easily, and the teaching quality is best. GLS offers a curriculum that gets students ready for industry, and they have an industry visit also in the 2nd year, and their exam pattern is simple in 1 year, there are 2 semesters, and 1 semester has a total of 3 exams.

Faculty and People of GLS are good but infrastructure need to be renovated

Placements: 5-6 LPA is the average BBA salary you get offered by companies. I exactly don't know how much of package is being provided as I am a student right now and my degree is yet not finished. But our faculty say that you get a minimum of 5 LPA which is not that good in current generation.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure and quality of course is justified when you look at the price of the course. Almost 3 lacs is the course free which is decent when you look at Ahmedabad university. It has a course fee of just 4 lacs per annum. Infrastructure can be better.

Faculty: Management is not efficient and faculty are good. They are very friendly and they look professional in their field. According to me, the value they are giving is justified according to the fees they are taking. I would say curriculum can get better.

BBA in marketing from the GLS University Ahmedabad.

Placements: GLS University is one of the best private university in Ahmedabad. Approximately 60–70% of the students get placements and internships at this college. average package offered at the college was between 3 and 8 LPA. Various companies, such as Purple, viral fission, range Tac, etc. Visits campus for the placements. top roles offered were marketing manager, content creator, digital marketer, etc.

Infrastructure: GLS University has a good infrastructure for the BBA course. College is having a big and greenary lush campus. Facilities such as labs, libraries, Wi-Fi, canteens, sports, etc. were available for the students. The campus had ample parking space for the students. Hostels and other necessary facilities were available at the college for the students.

Faculty: GLS University has a team of highly qualified and knowledgeable teachers. All the teachers at this college are supporting and helping students. They were teaching us well and clearing up all our doubts. The course curriculum of the college was relevant, and it makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams at this college were that easy to pass.

The facilities are quite student-friendly, and they have deep knowledge regarding subjects.

Placements: I cannot say surely about the placement? opportunities that our college offers, but so far as I know, I have two friends of mine who have passed out of the GLS and got good jobs in good companies in Ahmedabad with good salaries for a minimum of 5 lacs annually. My course is BBA Hons. The highest placement so far is somewhere between 6 and 8 lacs annually, and the least is 2.5 to 2 lacs annually.

Infrastructure: Our college does not have a campus. You cannot expect a good campus life in GLS university. In the name of campus, they only have a garden and a canteen. But if we talk about the classroom, they are clean and have all the modern facilities that a college must have, including AC. The canteen food is so far decent. The library in college is good; all the books are new and the facilities in the library are well maintained. There are no sports facilities or courts; grounds are provided by the college.

Faculty: The teachers at GLS University are quite experienced. So far, I have seen the teachers who have been studying their subjects for a long time and offer us deep knowledge regarding their subjects. The course curriculum is new and very informative. The students gain a good amount of knowledge about subjects as the curriculum is new and fresh. The internal exams that the college conducts are easier as compared to the university exams, which are conducted by the university.

Other: The management subjects has significantly improved over years and so far, in coming times, the management will be given top priority and the opportunities will be greater. BBA hons is special because it provides deeper knowledge regarding each subject as compared to regular BBA We are given 2 major subjects to select from and learn those subjects deeper, which help in better understanding. And the credit offered in BBA hons is more than the regular BBA. The campus life is zero. Apart of studies, the college must offer some sports activities which a child can participate in, but their interest of college is not in the field of sports. The crowd is mixed and overall, compared to other crowds, it is decent. All the students from different states and city are found, which helps in knowing and building new connections. The college offers good festivals such as Samvad & Anvesh, which are well-known festivals. Apart of Fest, the college regularly holds events such as creative workshop, inter-class competitions, etc.

The faculty was good, and the infrastructure facilities were fine.

Placements: 20 to 30 percent of students got internships, in which the highest package was INR 17000 per month. The top recruiting companies were Tata, Adani, and MRF. The best thing about this course for me was public speaking and nonverbal communication, as I can say that communication is the best part of our college.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure was good, but not too good. The classes were really good with full AC, but the campus could be bigger and better. The canteen was very expensive; it was like a five-star hotel. Even though the food was decent. And I still know the location of the library.

Faculty: Most of the faculty were good, but only a few were amazing. The most amazing aspect of the faculty was communication. Because the course was based on practical studies, it made the student industry-ready, and the semesters were very easy to pass out. The passing percentage was 33%.

Other: The reason I chose this course in the first place was because I love management and influencing people.

I'm satisfied with the faculty but cant comment anything about placements.

Placements: Genuinely from what I've heard the placements have been quite good at our university. I still have to complete the course so can't tell anything from my personal experience. But from what I've heard the passouts are earning good and are placed at good companies.

Infrastructure: Mess and classrooms are clean and air-conditioned, while the university is working to build the sports facilities as it's quite hard to build a group because it's in the middle of the city. They are building new sports facilities a little away from the main campus.

Faculty: Faculty members are experienced and teaches quite well and gives a personal experience. The teaching material is good as well and should be fine to prepare for the industry level. The internals are easy exams while the external could be a little hard and need in depth knowledge of the subject and are more case based.

GLS University - The truth.

Placements: I have not got the placements or internships from the college side so I don't know about it. But when I talked about this to my seniors they said that the companies that come to the college for the campus placements, they provide very low packages. Most of the companies are not even selecting the students, they are just there for formalities.

Infrastructure: College doesn't provide any kind of hostel and you have to arrange it on your own. Also, due to the construction work going on the campus. There are many fields for games. More than half of the campus is close and if you are coming to the college for college life then this college is not for you.

Faculty: Some faculty members are helpful but most of them are not. They are very arrogant and when we sometimes correct them they start making targets and I have personally experienced it. I think this is the negative point case, and the faculty members here are not helpful and also not answerable sometimes.

Other: My particular batch is the noon batch. I would like to advise you that if you want to take admission then take it in the morning batch.

The university degree good value.

Placements: The placement opportunities really depends upon your overall performance in the college. Also they don't provide100% placement. The highest package offered was maybe around 12-16LPA while the lowest was 2-2.5 Lacs. The university degree has value but only invest if you have the financial position to do so.

Infrastructure: There are two gyms ( a discount is provided for gls students ), the canteen has medium food, the infrastructure is medium even tho the university is huge. For the BBA we have 2 computer labs, one library, however their is no hostel on campus. Hive hostel is a tie up hostel service which will provide you free transportation service but that hostel isn't worth the money. There's also no Wi-Fi available at the campus. The college doesn't have any proper ground for designed sports.

Faculty: Some professors are amazing, their are 3 exams conducted one is MCQ based, internal and external. The difficult level varies. If you choose to pursue ACCA you'll get an exception of 6 or 9 papers, and you'll just have to give one internal exams of ACCA per semester. However the remaining exams you'll have to give on your own.

Other: I am pursuing BBA+ ACCA (+60k py ), frankly speaking if you choose to pursue just BBA then this university is good not that great. But if you choose to pursue ACCA as well I'd advise joining an institution along the side for the same since the classes taken are not that detailed and regular to prepare you for the exams. The university has a few events every now and then but faculty wise it's not that much fun. The crowd is mostly Gujarat. No scholarship is provided. The area around the university is mostly cafes, food and shopping.
