NLU Jodhpur Admission 2026: Courses, Fees, Admission Process and Application

To get admission in NLU Jodhpur, students have to check the eligibility first. Eligible students can then apply online. The university offers seats on an entrance basis. Step 6: List the NLUs in order of preference. All the participating NLUs will be listed on this page. Here, candidates must place NLU Jodhpur at the top of the list.

Step 7: Pay the application fee (which is category-specific) in online mode using credit or debit cards, or net banking.

NLU Jodhpur is a public law school and a National Law University established under the National Law University, Jodhpur, Act, 1999 enacted by the Rajasthan State Legislature. At NLU Jodhpur University, there are two courses to pursue in MBA. MBA in Risk and Insurance, at which the fee is INR 2,35,000/year for two years. Another is the MBA in Insurance, at which the fee is the same as the first one. 

There are two MBA courses pursued by colleges: the first is an MBA (insurance), in which 55% of bachelor's degrees are from any discipline, and the selection process is based on merit. Second is MBA (insurance risk management), in which B.E. or B.Tech. is in engineering, excluding electronics, telephone communication, and CS & it with a 55% score and the same selection process as it.

The University offers BA LLB (Hons), BBA LLB (Hons), LLM, MBA, PhD, DLitt and LLD programmes in various facets of Law such as Constitutional Law, Business Law, and Trade Law, International Law, Criminal Law and Intellectual Property Rights Law. Apart from these courses, the University also offers PG programmes under distance education in collaboration with IMTCDL/IMT. It has more than 40 permanent and visiting faculty members.

However, based on overall reputation, placements, and academic rigor, the following courses are highly regarded at NLU Jodhpur: LL.B, MBA, BA LLB.

Yes, NLU Jodhpur offers scholaships to candidates who have a family income of less than six lakhs. Hence, you can get scholarship in this case. However, you must submit all the required proofs for the same. The scholarship commitee will go through all the documents and will grant you scholarship if all the criteria are fulfilled. 

The NLU Jodhpur LLM has limited seats distributed across its specialisations. Seats are allocated through CLAT-PG counselling based on merit and reservation norms. The intake may vary slightly as per university policy each year.
