There are various scholarships provided by the university. Also, the university provides various schemes for the students. Some of them include Late Karmaveer Patil ‘Earn and Learn Scheme’. To obtain a degree certificate from NMU Jalgaon, candidates need to submit an application signed by them in the name of The Director Board of Examinations and Evaluation having details of student like Name, Mothers Name, Name of Examination, Month & Year of Passing, etc. Aspirants need to submit original and attested true copies of degree certificate/marks statement/passing certificate. The prescribed fees for authentication is INR 1,300 per copy.

North Maharashtra University conducts CET for admission to some of the courses such as BBA, BCA, BMS, MCA and MBA. For courses such as BTech, BPharm, etc., MHT CET score is accepted for admission. Other state-level entrance exams such as MHCET Law,  MAH CET, etc. are accepted for admission to specific programmes. Once the selection process is over, candidates are required to participate in counselling.
