Good college, excellent teachers, and every year there is an annual function and sports meet.
Placements: If you do a master's degree, you could get a job in the teaching sector after graduation you can give government exams to get a good job, or you can do a master's degree and then a Ph.D. for lectureship, or you can apply to ICAR, ICMR, and other government institutes for internships.
Infrastructure: OUAT does have its hostel. The food is good, we have air-conditioned classrooms, and the labs have all of the instruments required. The food quality of the mess is good. We have our sports complex open from 5 AM to 11 AM, and it is again open in the evening. Lab facilities are also good
Faculty: Teachers are excellent. The curriculum is relevant, and now the B.Sc. course timeline is 4 years according to the NET act. Semester exams are not that hard and you just need to improve your writing skills and speed for good marks in exams.
Other: The best thing I can say is that my teachers are the best our college has; it has a committee you can participate in.

Review of Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology, Bhubaneswar.
Placements: Most of the students apply for civil services in Odisha. Many students getting selected for civil services from our college. Many banks like IDBI bank, Mother Dairy, Pradan, Srijan, Indian Potash Limited, Wassan, and MK Agrico visit our college. Top roles offered are AAO and ASCO.
Infrastructure: The college has Wi-Fi. Classrooms are air-conditioned with digital boards. The library is big and clean. Hostels are neat and clean with tasty foods two times a day, lunch and dinner. The hostel doesn't have air-conditioner rooms. They clean and maintain the hostel on time.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and qualified. They all have great knowledge and experience. The teaching quality is good. It is a good college. It is the government college of Odisha which is best for agricultural studies. Exams are moderate. The pass percentage is 99%.

The college of basic science and humanities.
Placements: There is no facility for placements in my course and college. We have to appear for other competitive exams after completion of the course. There are provisions for internships for some bright students, but it depends on the faculty members. Top jobs that we can join after completion of the course are either we can go for lectureship or for research.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is of moderate level and has the basic requirements needed for the course. Labs have most of the basic equipment and anything you need can be brought with the help of the faculty members. The central library of the university is very large with a Wi-Fi facility.
Faculty: Teachers are very qualified and helpful. Other faculty members of the department are also very cooperative. There is a good bond between other departments of the university so anything we need will also be made available to us.
Other: I chose the course because I like Biology and more specifically Zoology. After completing my bachelor's and master's in that course I feel like it requires some modifications in the syllabus and needs to be more oriented towards the syllabus of competitive exams like CSIR NET.

Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSC) and Animal Husbandry (AH) - Batch of 2028

College of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry - A Path Towards Your Dreams and Success.
Placements: This course, which I am pursuing, is Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (BVSc AH). Last year, 90% of the passing-out students from our college are doing service as Veterinary Assistant Surgeons in Odisha, and some opted for PG and higher studies in this college. The average salary offered here is 70,000. In internships, students are also paid.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. There are different buildings for different departments. All buildings are new and equipped with all facilities. There are smart classrooms with nice accommodation. Availability of Wi-Fi, advanced laboratories with recent new technologies, and a library with books on all subjects. There are also hostels for boys and girls. The food quality is of top level, with a restaurant-like taste. Free medical facilities for all. Different sports like cricket, volleyball, football, and badminton are available. Scope for NCC, NSS, and PE.
Faculty: The professors are very helpful, knowledgeable, and qualified with good ranks. Their teaching quality is not comparable with others. Some have received the Best Teacher Award from the University. The course curriculum is nicely managed, and students are really interested and going for the betterment of this profession. Semester exams are easy, and students can score good grade points.
Other: I have chosen this course because I think it is different from others. I have a love for those who cannot tell or communicate with us. I think this profession should be given priority like other medical professions. There should be more seats for students, and internship money should increase. In this college, many conferences are organized, which are at the national level. Veterinary Day is also celebrated. Many tours are also done every year to different parts of India.

College is very good in terms of quality of education.
Placements: College is good at providing internships. You will also get a scholarship here, no doubt. BSC and MSc degrees are both available here. Student union formation also takes place here so if a student is interested in a leadership program, he/she can start their career here also.
Infrastructure: Our hostel takes little extra charge than other government colleges, but the quality of food is best here as they provide 3 to 4 days of non-vegetarian meals. And the hostel fees are also good and rooms are being cleaned here . New hostels are continuing to shift students from old to new.
Faculty: In a year, college gives 2 semester exams and 2 internal exams and all . Rest all the other co-curricular activities are also held here so that you can start your vocabulary skills here and other public speaking and written skills and other self-personal development here .

Not satisfied as my expectations were high, but the college is not as I expected it to be.
Placements: In Bhubaneswar, some students got placed, but in Chiplima Agriculture College, no one was placed because students don't want to work in private companies with a wage of 15,000 to 20,000. In our college, students are focusing on UPSC and banking-related examinations, and many students also get jobs every year. Many students are placed under OPSC as Assistant Agriculture Officers.
Infrastructure: In hostels, Wi-Fi is installed and in the college as well. Air conditioning is present in the classrooms, and smart boards are available for writing purposes. The hostel rooms are well-furnished with marble flooring and cupboards with a lock system provided. Each student is given a chair, study table, and bed by the college. In some rooms, one fan is provided, and in others, two fans are provided. Overall, the infrastructure is good.
Faculty: To be eligible as OUAT faculty, one must complete their Ph.D.; after that, they are eligible. Teachers are quite helpful and very knowledgeable, and some faculty members come from research backgrounds. In my opinion, the course is relevant, but it needs some improvement so that everyone can get placed in agriculture-related fields. Semester examinations are not too difficult; one can easily pass.
Other: From my school days, I wanted to take admission in agriculture college as I am from an agricultural family. Placements should be given. A lot of events, programs, campaigns, and competitions are organized in our college. A minimum of 50 to 60 percent of students get scholarships every year, and it is around 20,000 per year.
