The CUET PG application process for the academic session 2026-2027 will start in January 2026, tentatively, at the CUET PG 2026 official website. While filling out the CUET PG application form, there are high chances that the applicants might fill in some incorrect details mistakenly.
In order to correct the incorrect details filled by the applicants in the application form, NTA will soon open the CUET PG 2026 correction facility window.
CUET PG application form 2026 is anticipated to be released in the first week of January 2026 to provide admissions to postgraduate degree programs like MA, MSc, MCom, MTech, MFA, and other professional degrees like MBA, BEd, LLB, and LLM courses.
Only one application is to be submitted by a candidate. Under no circumstances, candidates will be allowed to fill more than one Application Form. Strict action will be taken, even at a later stage, against such candidates who have filled more than one Application Form
NTA, the examination conducting body gives opportunity to the candidates to fill in the correct details so that their CUET PG registration form 2025 gets successfully filled and they do not lose out on their candidature at any stage of the CUET PG 2025 admission process.

CUET PG 2025 Highlights
NTA is yet to release the information brochure and exam notification for the academic session 2025-2025. As per the previous year, it is observed that NTA has provided total 2 options/ choices to the aspirants who are filling the CUET PG 2025 application form to select the exam cities.
However, in the year 2022 NTA has provided 4 choices to candidates to select their exam citiy preferences. The NTA has also reduced the selection of the exam city preferences for CUET-PG 2024 exam.
NTA reserves the right to allot any exam city to the candidates that is not among your selected choices.
CUET PG application process for the academic session 2026-2027 is yet to be started by NTA, the examination conducting authority. Candidates can check out the following changes expected to change by the exam officials:
- Increase in the application form.
- Increase in the examination centres.
- Category Certificate upload.
- Increase in Number of course selection.
One of the important stages of filling out CUET PG 2026 application form is selection of university programme list. students are advised to select their desired university and programme offered through it wisely, otherwise it may create hindrances in the CUET PG 2026 counselling process.
Step 1: After adding the exam centre city preferences, students will then have to select the University/Programme selection.
Step 2: In this section, students are required to select the university name first and then select the programme name. Likewise, students can select up to four universities and its allied programmes offered. After adding the university programme choices, save the details and move on to the next sections.
Step 3: In this section, students need to add the test details. Add the test paper subject code from the drop-down options mentioned in the window. After adding all the respective test paper codes of the university programme list which was selected in the previous step, save the details.

CUET PG 2025 Application Correction Window: Miscellaneous Things to Remember
Candidates need to remember the following things:
- The option to edit the Subject / Test / Programme / Course will continue to be available tillthe correction period.
- If there is an impact on the fee, then the additional fee will be charged as applicable.
- Correction in these fields will be applicable only after payment of an additional fee if any.
- No fee will be refunded for reduction of Test Papers.
- The only one-time correction will be allowed to the candidate i.e. once the corrections are done and submitted, the form shall be frozen.
What after CUET PG 2025 Application Process
After filling out the CUET PG 2025 application form, candidates are advised to print or save the application form as a pdf for future use. The saved application form will have the candidate's CUET PG application number, which they will need at the time of downloading the CUET PG Admit card.
Once you have submitted your application form, you can save it so that you can track your application status online. This will allow you to see if your application has been received, if your payment has been processed, and if you have been shortlisted for the entrance exam.
Candidates are also advised to save the log in credentials details of the account they have created on CUET PG 2025 log in portal. As these login credentials will be needed at every further stage like release of admit card, provisional asnwer key, response sheet, result of the candidate. All these events will be published in candidate's register acoount.

CUET PG 2025 Exam Structure
As per the information brochure, the CUET PG 2025 exam pattern is based on only domain knowledge questions. The general section/ Part A of CUET PG exam has been removed from here on. The candidate can choose General paper as a Subject. The comprehension part of these papers would be English or Hindi as chosen by the candidate during CUET PG registration. There will be only 75 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) about the particular course to which the candidate has applied will be asked. The domain-specific questions will now be there to test the candidate's analytical and cognitive approach towards the applied course in the CUET PG 2025 examination. Languages papers will be in concerned language except linguistics, which would be in English.
