Admission to all Undergraduate and postgraduate courses will be done on the basis of performance in the All India Entrance Test conducted by PIMS University. The Admission office of PIMS is responsible for conducting the entrance test, declaration of results and merit list, counselling and final admission confirmation to the Nursing programmes.

As a matter of fact all Medical colleges in India respective of the category to which they belong like government medical colleges, private medical colleges, Medical College of the armed forces, medical colleges of the deemed to be universities or even private universities, these all are mandated by law to give admission in their medical colleges exclusively on the basis of score obtained in nationality exam called NEET. No concession in whatever format is granted to any medical college in the country to give admission without NEET score. Even the management quota seats have to be filled up exclusively on the merit obtained by student in this entrance exam.
