Rai University offers BTech which is among the popular course in the University. BTech comes under the Rai University School of Engineering. The department conducts campus activity like Industry visits, seminars, webinars and workshops . RSE is committed to build Center of Excellence with Industry involvement. The duration of the BTech course is 4 years and the minimum tuition fee is around INR 1.92 Lacs - 2.8 lakh. Moreover, The University also offers Diploma courses in engineering as well. After the merit list is out, a personal interview round is conducted followed by submission of course fee to finalize the seat in the University.

Rai University Ahmedabad only offers two specilisations under BTech course, i.e., Computer Science & Engineering and Information Technology.
