Rai University offers BTech which is among the popular course in the University. BTech comes under the Rai University School of Engineering. The duration of the BTech course is 4 years and the minimum tuition fee is around INR 1.92 Lacs - 2.8 lakh. Moreover, The University also offers Diploma courses in engineering as well. Rai University’s BTech course is the among the popular course in the University. Admission to BTech programme in completely based on the merit list and scores of national & state entrance exams (JEE Main, GUJCET). The merit list is prepared from the valid  eligibilty criteria i.e. 12 years of school education from recognised Board with Minimum 45% in PCM. After the merit list is out, a personal interview round is conducted followed by submission of course fee to finalize the seat in the University.

Rai University Ahmedabad only offers two specilisations under BTech course, i.e., Computer Science & Engineering and Information Technology. The BTech specialisations offers core topics such as Full stack Development, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Quality Assurance, etc. For RU BTech admission to the Bech course candidates must secure a valid score in the last qualifying exam. Yes, for undergraduate courses Rai University considers class 12 result. For programmes such as BTech, BPharm, BBA, BCA, and BSc the college accepts class 12 score. Yes, Rai University's student can avail Government Scholarship. MukhymantriYuvaSwavalambanYojana (MYSY Scholarship) is one of the scholarship scheme is offered to the students of economically weaker section of Gujarat from the Government. The eligibility criteria for this scheme is as follows:

•  Candidate should be a domicile of Gujarat State
•  The candidate should be enrolled in the first year of the diploma/ degree program.
• The annual family income of the applicant should be less than INR 6,00,000 including all sources of income.
• The applicants who are pursuing a DiplomaLevel/Graduation levelprogram should have obtained a minimum 80% marks at Class 10, Class 12 level. Students pursuing Diploma to Degree (D2D) programs should have obtained at least 65% marks at Diploma level.
