It's a great college with good placement records.

Faculty: Teachers are also good, but when it comes to sharing and acknowledging more things, it is okay. The course curriculum is relevant, and it does make the industry ready. It's very tough because it's affiliated with RGPV, so exams got tough. Most of the students got through.

Our college has the highest placement rate.

Faculty: Teachers were very helpful, qualified and well educated, with very high teaching experience. The college exams were usually moderate to hard, not very difficult, not very easy. It just depends on the student, on how they study, and on their hard work. There is full support from mentors and teachers.

The facilities and placements are decent, but the fees are a bit high.

Faculty: Teachers were qualified, and almost all were PhD holders. The teaching quality varies from teacher to teacher, but you can understand if you pay attention in class. The curriculum, I feel, is a bit outdated, which is the case with almost every engineering college. The semester exams are fairly tough, but you can score well if you attend the lectures and study a bit before the exam. The pass percentage is 33%.

Good initiative in syllabus but more crowded and less placements opportunity.

Faculty: The course and its contents are good, but the contents taught are sometimes not enough to get through the topic, and sometimes the teaching techniques are bothering in some labs or with equipment. Otherwise, the institute is good, but the issue of placement is a major problem mainly.

Overall it is worth the money for all the available facilities this college gives.

Faculty: Teachers are basically acceptable. The way they teach really provides information, but out of 10, I would give 7, I guess. The course curriculum is relevant because it is an autonomous college, so the syllabus is different from other universities, which is kind of good for us. Semester exams are easy if you prepare well, that’s it.

Best private college for placement, but the overall campus life is very mediocre.

Faculty: The curriculum is very outdated. We were given books written in 1998-99 to study. The syllabus has not changed at all since that many years. You have to study on your own if you want to be placed. The teachers are below average. Only a few know the subject that they are teaching and are actually helpful. The semester exams are fairly easy. You can keep 8+CGPA each year even if you study during the gap between the exams.

The curriculum is very relevant, but placement records are not as expected.

Faculty: Teachers are really helpful and understanding, but sometimes not. The course curriculum is very relevant to make students industry-ready. I think the curriculum is the best part if a student is ready to and really wants to learn. Semester exams are really easy.

I am satisfied because it is value for money and the faculty members are very good-natured.

Faculty: Our faculty members are too good and supportive. They are helpful and friendly in nature. They always stand by our side in any case. The course curriculum is average. Exams are of an average level if we study only, or else it will be hard for us. At least 4 or 5 times, periodic exams are taken in our 2 semesters. It even conducts industrial tours.

Satisfy about the extracurricular activities and infrastructure.

Faculty: Most of the teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, with an effective way of teaching. A very relevant curriculum that makes us industry-ready, and exams that are moderate with relative marking so very few students fail.

Facilities are good, the study in this college is the best. In the case of placement, it's average.

Faculty: Teachers are good at teaching. My personal experience is that paper checking is hard. 60 percent of students in my class have a backlog in 3,4 subjects, and I also failed in 2 subjects. Teachers are great, friendly, and knowledgeable, but exams are tough and hard copy checking.

I am impressed by the lack of attendance criteria.

Faculty: All professors in SOIT RGPV are good, but there are some exceptions. The office faculty members are very poor, but there are also some exceptions. SOIT RGPV is late in conducting exams compared to every other college. There is no attendance criterion, which is good for students for personal development time.

It is the best engineering college in Jabalpur city.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful in our course. We can discuss any doubts multiple times, and they will solve them with zero tolerance. Many members hold master's and PhD degrees. They have more than 18 years of work experience. They are knowledgeable, approachable, and supportive. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready because it covers all topics from basic to advanced levels. It is good but not the best. If you can go to IITs, please never choose this college.

Faculty: I think the teachers are passed from the same college where they are teaching us, but they are very friendly and supportive. Students are ready by their own will. Semester exams are very easy, and students who are smart can pass very easily. But I think some students fail or get back because their studies are not that good.

Good infrastructure, but if you value study not good for you.

Faculty: Faculty is not very experienced, maximum is fresher. Less than 70% passing percentage. The semester exam is not very difficult, but in the first year, everything is running too fast, and we get very little time, so most students said that it was difficult. The course curriculum is decent, it gives the basic idea, not completely industry-ready.
