RIMT University offers BSc courses in three-year, four-year undergraduate degree, and the university aslo provides lateral-entry to some of the BSc specialisations. The university provides more than 15 specialisations in BSc course. The specialisations are from Gaming, Agriculture, Nursing, Technology, Design, etc. field. The accurate cutoff for BSc at RIMT University 2024 has not been released yet on the official website. However, candidates must have a minimum of 45% in their combined Class 12 exams in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Mathematics/ Biotechnology/ IT in order to be considered for the BSc programmes at RIMT University. The selection process is completely based on merit, in which the university will release a merit list evaluated on the basis of Class 12 scores. The placement at the Regional Institute of Management and Technology University is generally better for MBA students compared to BTech students. As per the Engineering and Management NIRF reports 2024, the median package offered during RIMT University BTech and MBA placements 2023 stood at INR 3.34 LPA and INR 4.57 LPA, respectively. Hence, the placement package offered to MBA graduates is slightly higher than the BTech course. However, according to the reports, the number of BTech students placed is more than the number of graduates placed from MBA courses. 

College is charging genuine fees for all courses they provides. 

College fees for B.Tech is 1.11 Lacs (for 1 st year), B.Sc is 1.04 Lacs (for 1st year), MBA is 1.02 Lacs (1st year fees), Diploma -1.34 Lacs (1st year).

Fees of this college is very normal for every course, you can choose this as a option according to fees.

College placement is little bit lower, as only 60% of the students gets placement from this college.

XAT 2025 was held on the first Sunday of January 2025, which was January 5. The exam dates had been officially announced by XLRI Jamshedpur on July 15, 2024, by the XATONLINE website. The exam was conducted in 72 cities from 2 pm to 5:30 pm. The registration process continued until the first week of December 2024.

Online application submission only. XAT fee is INR 2,200 for all candidates. Fee to be submitted at the time of application form submission Graduation degree must for filling the XAT form (final-year candidates can also apply).

As mentioned above, to get admission into the DPharm course at RIMT University, candidates must qualify for their Class 12 with Science stream and at least have secured 50%. The admission process is based on merit and valid scores in NEET exams. The admission procedure majorly involves three steps i.e., online registration, the release of the merit list on the basis of Class 12 scores, and admission confirmation. Therefore, getting admission into the BPharm course is neither so hard nor so easy, as the university will release the merit list according to candidates' scores in Class 12 and the university has limited seats for the BPharm programme. So, candidates have to ensure either that they have good academic records or valid scores in NEET. 

The GATE 2026 dates has been released by the IIT Guwahati. The GATE exam 2026 will be held on different dates in two sessions- forenoon and afternoon.
