Currently, the application forms are available for BSc courses at RIMT University, but the classes are going to start very soon.
However, the last date to fill out the application form has not been declared by the University. RIMT University BSc deadline will be announced later by the University.

RIMT University does follow the seat reservation policies for BSc courses. Additionally, the seat allocation for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/Physically Handicapped/Others categories is done as per the policy of the Punjab government.The number of seats reserved, are mentioned below: 

The accurate cutoff for BSc at RIMT University 2024 has not been released yet on the official website. However, candidates must have a minimum of 45% in their combined Class 12 exams in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Mathematics/ Biotechnology/ IT in order to be considered for the BSc programmes at RIMT University. The selection process is completely based on merit, in which the university will release a merit list evaluated on the basis of Class 12 scores. To get admission in RIMT University for BSc courses, candidates first need to qualify Class 12 with good scores especially in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ IT subjects. To apply for the BSc course at RIMT University, visit the university's official admission portal, register with your email and mobile number, and complete the online application form.

1. Candidates are required to upload their important documents, including Class 10 and 12 mark sheets. 
2. Candidates have to pay a non-refundable application fee of BSc course i.e., INR 580.
3. After submitting the application, check the merit list on the university's website. If shortlisted, pay the registration fee and first-year/ first semester tuition fee to confirm the seat.

RIMT University offers BSc courses in three-year, four-year undergraduate degree, and the university aslo provides lateral-entry to some of the BSc specialisations. The university provides more than 15 specialisations in BSc course. The specialisations are from Gaming, Agriculture, Nursing, Technology, Design, etc. field. The RIMT university's placement cell is said to be cooperative and has a decent placement rate. Further, the university claimed that it has recorded 100% placements during the recent placement drive. Apart from this, as per the Management NIRF reports 2024  the median package offered during RIMT University MBA placements 2023 stood at INR 4.57 LPA. However, to be very precise there is no such thing as a 100% placement guarantee, students can get placement opportunities from the university's side but, qualifying for the interview rounds, and skills & aptitude test are completely based on students, how they perform in that. Hence, the university is claiming that they offer 100% placements to their MBA students but, to get a job students must prepare themselves. 

The placement at the Regional Institute of Management and Technology University is generally better for MBA students compared to BTech students. As per the Engineering and Management NIRF reports 2024, the median package offered during RIMT University BTech and MBA placements 2023 stood at INR 3.34 LPA and INR 4.57 LPA, respectively. Hence, the placement package offered to MBA graduates is slightly higher than the BTech course. However, according to the reports, the number of BTech students placed is more than the number of graduates placed from MBA courses. 

NTA released the re-revised scorecard on July 26, 2024. In this scorecard, the score has been revised as per the Supreme Court verdict of removing the bonus marks awarded earlier for the controversial Physics question, and deducting one mark from those who marked incorrect answer options. The city and centre-wise result data such as number of candidates appeared and scores obtained, by masking candidates' personal data was released on July 21, as per the Supreme Court order given on the hearing dated July 18, 2024. The NEET 2024 result for the re-exam, which was conducted on June 23, was declared on July 1, day day after the slated date. The final answer keys for the NEET 2024 re-exam was released by June 30, ahead of the result declaration. Earlier, the result of NEET 2024 was declared by NTA on June 4, 2024, 10 days ahead of the original schedule, which was June 14, 2024. NTA released the final NEET answer keys on June 4, prior to the release of the NEET result 2024. The NEET result was declared in an online mode. Candidates have to log in with their registration credentials or application number and date of birth, and download their scorecard in PDF format. NTA also released the merit list containing the name, Roll Number, All India Rank and Percentile of the candidates. Along with the NEET 2024 scorecard, NTA also released the NEET 2024 cutoff marks or the qualifying marks/scores.
