Overall the best university for M.Sc. in Physics.

Placements: Approximately 70% of our students were placed; however, due to the recession, the placement rate decreased. Top recruiting firms include IBM, KPMG, NASA, Intel, and Barclays. The maximum salary is 30 LPA, and the minimum is 10 LPA. The average salary is 19 LPA. Top positions include data scientist and assistant professor. Many students were given internship possibilities.

Infrastructure: The campus is quite nice and secure. There are security guards. We also have a medical facility as well as cricket and basketball stadiums. There are also classes and dormitories on campus. The food is there in the mess. Wi-Fi is excellent, and there is also a library.

Faculty: Our college's professors have a strong interest in physics, or rather, they romanticize it. In addition to having questionable teachings, they attempt to make even complex ideas easy to understand by using some lovely slides. Through actual study, the temptations can be readily eliminated. Exams for the semester are rather simple. It has a 72% pass rate.

Promising placement and internship.

Placements: In this course, we have both internships as well as placement opportunities available. The placement rate generally ranges between 65 and 70 percent. The highest package is 6 lacs, and the average package is 3 lacs. Some of the roles include research scientist and analyst.

Infrastructure: We have a central library that has a vast collection of books and for this course, it has scientific books along with some good journals. There are hostel facilities where you have security guards just in front of your hostel and there are recreation areas.

Faculty: The faculty members in our college love physics, or, to say, romanticize physics. They try to use some pretty nice slides and make it easy to learn even the difficult concepts and they take on doubt-clearing classes as well. The exams can be cleared easily with practice.

Very satisfied with the infrastructure.

Placements: The placement is quite nice in the college; generally, 75% of the batch is lucky enough to get placed, all thanks to the placement and the career team, which goes on helping and training the students for interviews and the exam process of selection. Top companies come to recruit.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite nice we have both theoretical and practical classes for which we have a good classroom that is quite spacious and is nice for theory and when we want to have practical sessions, we have with us our labs, which are well-equipped and are good for training.

Faculty: We are lucky, as our university has a very good bunch of teachers who are qualified and have a good score of 10 from students when it comes to liking their classes and teaching style. They guide the students not with just their subject-related doubts but, at times, become their counselors to help them.

Placements: 1. The top recruiting companies that come up are Airtel, Amazon, Axis Bank, Cognizant, Flipkart, Infosys, etc. 2. The highest package that was offered was 6 lacs per annum; the average package is around 4 lacs per annum. 3. The placement rate is generally 70.

Infrastructure: 1. The campus is pretty nice and safe. 2. There are security guards. 3. We also have a medical facility and along with that, we have sports grounds for cricket and basketball. 4. There is an academic block as well as a hostel inside the campus. 5. The food is available in the mess.

Faculty: The exam type that is followed is the semester system, where there are theoretical written exams along with some practical exams. Generally, it is not that difficult to pass. The course structure is designed in a way to make the student industry-ready.

Very good environment and course.

Placements: Around 50% of the students were placed in our batch, but due to the recession, the placement rate did drop. After this, there are various job opportunities, like junior research fellow, medical physicist, online and offline teacher and professor, and also research associate.

Infrastructure: The overall department is quite well maintained and is very nice and good. We have a good classroom and there are clean washrooms in the department. We also have a canteen nearby for break periods if we want anything to eat and we also have a library.

Faculty: The facilities are very well experienced and with that, they are very nice and have good years of experience in the industry and they are quite helpful and approachable towards their students. The courses include classical mechanics, atomic and molecular physics, etc.
