The SIMATS BPharm course admission is based on the merit released by the university's admissions department on the basis of scores achieved in Class 12. Also, candidates who are not willing to get admission through merit can appear in the entrance examination conducted by Saveetha University. Candidates can choose to apply online or offline mode for Saveetha University admission. Check out the step-wise application process given here:

Step 1: Saveetha University BPharm Application Process :

Step 1.1: Visit the official website of SIMATS (saveetha.com).

Step 1.2: Click on the link ‘Admission’.

Step 1.3: Fill in all the required details and upload a scanned copy of the candidates' signatures and passport-size photographs in the next step.

Step 1.4: Pay the Saveetha University BPharm application fee via credit/ debit card or through net banking or challan.

Below is the offline step-by-step process of application at SIMATS:

Step 1.1: Visit the admission office of SIMATS Chennai. Note: The candidates along with the parents/ legal guardian should report to the university during working hours of the admission office i.e., 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Step 1.2: Obtain the prospectus along with the application form attached by paying INR 1,000 in cash or DD drawn in favour of Saveetha University.

Step 1.3: Follow the instructions mentioned in the prospectus to fill out the application form.

Step 1.4: Send the duly filled and signed application form to the official address.

Step 2: Document Submission

In the online application process, candidates can attach their relevant documents at the time of filling out the form, while in the offline application process, candidates are required to submit a hard copy of all relevant documents after filling out the application form. Some of the important documents are:

• Class 10 mark sheet and passing certificate
• Class 12 mark sheet and passing certificate
• Passport size photograph
• Aadhar Card
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)

Step 3: Selection Process

The university will release the merit list of the students on the basis of their Class 12 scores, and will also release a list of selected students who got selected in the SIMATS entrance examination. Additionally, Shortlisted candidates may be called for a counselling session to verify documents and confirm admission.

Step 4: Admission Confirmation

Shortlisted students can secure a seat in the course after paying an adequate amount of the course fee. The total tuition fee for BPharm at Saveetha University is INR 3.2 lakh. This fee amount is as per the official website/sanctioning body. It is still subject to changes and hence, is indicative.
