However, to be considered for admission to this college the last yea JEE Main cut off was 845351 and at least 75% on their 12th grade exam or place in the top 20% of their class (65% for SC/ST candidates) in order to be eligible for JEE Mains.

The answer is Yes, You are eligible to get admission in Seacom Skills University but you need to secure good rank with this percentile. With 56 percentile is a quite low score so You'll have your scoring rank in between 4–6 lakhs. Honestly in 56 percentile it is very difficult to get NITs because the cut offs are much higher than this 56% even in sc category. So, I would suggest you to focus more on 2nd attempt of JEE Mains or any other entrance exams . Atleast You need to score 80-85 percentile to get NITs like Jamshedpur, durgapur, Silchar, allahabad, rourkela, Calicuta.
