It is a nice college. Here, placements are good, and faculty members are great.s
Placements: A lot of companies visit our college for placements. Students are getting placements with nice packages. Companies like Amazon and JP Morgan visit the college. The highest package offered last year was 52 LPA, and this year, it is 46 LPA.
Infrastructure: One bad thing about hostels is that there is no washing machine facility. There are no AC rooms available. There are no facilities like a TV, fridge, or anything. But the food is nice here. If it comes to college, everything is nice. The library has network access and free Wi-Fi.
Faculty: All faculty members are qualified and solve our doubts when we ask. There are also training programmes where students will be trained for jobs. Exams are not that easy and not that hard. They are of medium level. They maintain the standard to let students maintain a good CGPA.

I am satisfied with faculty but dissatisfied with washrooms, like they are primary essential.
Placements: 80 percent are placed, maximum will be placed below 10 LPA. Most students are recruited from TCS, and the other 20 percent get the highest packages by entering into hackathons. Companies are Amazon, Flipkart, JP Morgan. The highest package till now is 52 LPA.
Infrastructure: Facilities in classrooms are excellent, like good Wi-Fi strength, convenient benches, board is visible even for the last person. Coming to hostel, it is average. Food is good but same routine, taste is okay, but menu is boring. There is no air conditioning in Vijayawada, temperature is very high, we need air conditioning. In the CSE block, washrooms only on 4th floor are convenient, other washrooms are very poor in condition.
Faculty: Faculty is excellent and their teaching is also so good. All are well experienced, and there is no problem with faculty. They support us and encourage us to get into other competitive exams also. In any field, if we are interested, they definitely encourage us, no doubt.

Good placements, supportive faculty members, and a peaceful environment.
Placements: 95 percent of students got placed. The highest package offered is 52.6 LPA, and the average package is 4.5 LPA. The least package is 3 LPA. Recruiting companies are Amazon, Cisco, Wipro, TCS, Deloitte, HSBC, PWC, and Flipkart. Almost all students who have good skills got internships. Roles offered are solution architect, quality analyst, developer, etc.
Infrastructure: Department facilities are good. Classrooms and labs are provided with Wi-Fi and AC. Our college has a central library where we can get any books. Coming to college, the food is good. Medical facilities are available. Every Wednesday, the doctor comes. We can play outdoor games as the ground is available.
Faculty: Faculty members are very qualified. They support us and guide us in every aspect. The course curriculum is relevant. We can get ready for industrial placements. Exams are in range so that we can pass, but the matter here is that we have to study. The highest CGPA may be 9.8.

A strong infrastructure, placements, and supportive faculty members - A worthwhile CCSE at VRSEC.
Placements: For the 2021 to 2025 batch at VRSEC Vijayawada, 81.12% of graduates secured job placements. The highest package reached 44 LPA, and average salary is around 5 LPA. Top recruiting includes Infosys, IBM, Deloitte, NTT Data, Virtusa, Capgemini, Amazon, Cisco, Microsoft, TCS, Accenture, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, and PayPal. For internships, about 40-50 % of students received offer letters. The primary roles are associate/advanced senior, data analyst, etc.
Infrastructure: Hostels (725 = capacity both boys and girls) single/double groomed attached toilets, study lamps, laundry, 24X7 power backup, reading areas, wired Wi-Fi via 40 Cisco access points. The mess canteen serves both veg and non-veg. The 24-acre campus offers high-speed Wi-Fi across all zones.
Faculty: Faculty members are mostly qualified, supportive, and accessible with many holding Ph.Ds and industry backgrounds (including NIT and IIT training). The curriculum is industry-aligned. Semester exams are moderately tough, updated regularly with input from experts and include hands-on experience.
Other: NSS, NCC, yoga, dance, music, freshers, and fests are held for 3-4 months. It has a vibrant social environment.

Review of our college Siddhartha.
Placements: The placement scenario for my batch (2025) in the information technology department is quite promising. Around 80-85% of the students are successfully placed by the end of the final semester. The average package hovered around 6.8 LPA which is decent for a tier-2 college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for information technology is quite decent and improving each year. All classrooms are equipped with projectors, whiteboards, and proper ventilation. The department has access to Wi-Fi, although the speed could fluctuate at times. The computer labs are fairly modern with up-to-date systems and reliable internet connectivity.
Faculty: Faculty members in the information technology department are generally helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Most professors hold M.Tech or Ph.D. degrees, and a few have industry experience as well. They are approachable during college hours and even after classes, especially when it comes to doubt-clearing and project guidance.
Other: I chose information technology because of my interest in programming, data structures, and understanding how software systems work in real-world applications. The course provided a good balance between core computer science subjects and applied IT topics, such as web development, database systems, and cloud computing.

Yes, you can get CSE in VRSEC with your 8700 rank in EAPCET. VRSEC is a private college in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. It offers admission to various courses through EAPCET. The cut-off for CSE in VRSEC for EAPCET is 8500. As your rank is 8700, you are eligible for admission to CSE in VRSEC.
