I am satisfied with joining this college.

Placements: More than 80 percent of students get placed in our college every year. This year, a student got placed in Amazon with a package of 50 LPA. The lowest package is 3.8 LPA. The average package in our college is about 10 LPA. Many companies come to our college for recruiting, such as Amazon, Wipro, TCS, Accenture, and many more. I am studying in the Cybersecurity branch. Various roles like manager and web security are offered.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available in our course and department are very good. Labs are neat and clean. Classrooms are well-maintained every day. The library is great. The quality of hostels are good, sometimes not perfect, but not bad.

Faculty: College teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Teaching is very good in many ways. Teachers act as invigilators during exam times and are very strict. Sometimes teachers give a chance for cheating in exams. Faculty members are good.

Other: I got the Cybersecurity branch through the EAMCET exam, and I was interested in that branch previously. By God’s grace, I got into this college, which is very near to my house. For sure, our college is great in fests and extracurricular activities, and scholarships are available in our college. Fests are conducted every year, and game tournaments are also conducted. Overall, it is a good college for students, and I am enjoying it.

Good infrastructure, supportive faculty, and decent placement opportunities.

Placements: Around 70% of students from our course got placed during the placement season. The highest package was 12 Lacs per annum. Top recruiting companies. Nearly 60% of our students got internships. Major roles offered were software developer, data analyst, system engineer, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is decent and provides all the necessary facilities for students. The hostel facilities are good and very comfortable for students; rooms are cleaned, and basic amenities like water, electricity, and security are properly maintained.

Faculty: The faculty members in our course are helpful, well-qualified, and experienced in their respective fields and subjects. The teaching quality is good, and the faculty also encourages students to participate in seminars and workshops. The course curriculum is relevant and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge required for the industry. Semester exams are moderately difficult and can be cleared easily with regular preparation and attendance.

Other: I chose this course because it offers good career opportunities. The best things about our course are the balance between theory and hands-on learning through labs, seminars, etc. The campus environment is friendly and supportive, and students also get more opportunities to participate in cultural events, technical fests, sports, and extracurricular activities.

It is good. It's not too strict.

Placements: Batch (2023-2027), the top recruiting companies so far are Infosys, Cisco and the remaining are yet to come. Till now, including our previous batches, the average package is up to 8 LPA, and a few companies mass-hire the students. So far, up to 70-80 percent of the students have been placed.

Infrastructure: Labs, classrooms and the library are good. The hostel is also good. The accommodation is favourable to students, it has a lift and newly built rooms. The food is also good. They also change the menu according to the preferences of the students. But Wi-Fi in college is not available in all the blocks.

Faculty: Teachers are really helpful and are qualified and knowledgeable. They consider the student feedback and change their teaching methods according to it. The curriculum is really structured according to the course outline and is reviewed by the senior faculty before finalising it.

Other: Everything is good here.

Placements: 80 percent of students from our course got placed. The highest package offered is 50 LPA. The lowest package offered is 3.6 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Infosys, Matrix, TCS, Cognizant, Inncircles, etc., visit the college to hire students. We get internship opportunities at ISRO and DRDO. Top roles like software development engineer, power programmer, digital special engineer, full-stack developer, and graduate trainee are offered. The training and placement cell provides training sessions and online classes during holidays. Mock interviews are also conducted by the college.

Infrastructure: It has good classrooms and labs. There is good maintenance. The library is good and pleasant. The canteen is spacious. There are sports for students every evening. The food is good. Facilities and drawbacks in Vignan Institute of Information Technology.

Placements: In our course, CSC, nearly 60 percent of students are placed. The highest package in CSC is around 24 LPA, the average package is 4-6 LPA, and the lowest package is 3.6 LPA. The top recruitment companies in our course are Infosys, Capgemini, Cognizant, Wipro, etc. Nearly above 70% of students get internships from our course, and they all get in service-based companies mostly. The top roles offered in CSC are software engineer, cyber security analyst, anf full stack developer.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure of Vignan Institute of Information technology is some older, and the college is far from the city comparing with other engineering colleges in Visakhapatnam. The classrooms and library are well-maintained and huge. The qualities of the facilities in our hostels are also good, and the food available in the mess and canteen is great, and it is served at minimum prices. The medical facilities are well-maintained, and sports and games are encouraged.

Faculty: Teachers in Vignan Institute of Information Technology are highly qualified and knowledgeable, and they are very helpful to the students. They helped us very much and guided us too. The teaching quality in VIIT is one of the greatest things. The semester exams in Vignan are somewhat difficult, but we can score well by giving a good time for preparation. However, in this college, there will be exams at least every two weeks, like weekly tests, etc. The pass percentage in the semester is around 65%.

Other: I have chosen this course because I was interested in Computer Science engineering. The things I wish were better are the transport facilities from the college and the semester exam pattern. The events, festivals, are conducted every 2 weeks, and a large number of students participate in the events. Students from different countries, like Nigeria, came here to study in this college.

A considerably college.

Placements: Our course started 3 years ago. The people in our course on cyber security hadn't even entered placements but if we watch over normal CSE we can expect major hiring from Incircles, Accenture, TCS Ninja, etc. The highest placements that our people got were from CRED and Microsoft.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in our classes, labs, and library. Our classes are equipped with smart boards. The classes don't have smart boards but are equipped with projectors which makes the process of studying easier. The speed is moderate not too high or not too low.

Faculty: Teachers are good. They are well qualified. They used to present to us through smart boards that could help us interact, seminars, and some of the major points and projects. The course curriculum is derived from JNTUK and the people are at the intermediate level when they leave our college.
