Candidates whose Class 12 results are awaited can also apply for the course through provisional admission and can submit the relevant documents before the due date.

Step 1.1: Visit the official website of SNU.

Step 1.2: Click on 'Apply Now' on the Home page.

Step 1.3: Register by filling in the basic personal details.

Step 1.4: Log in to complete the application form and upload the documents.

Step 1.5: Pay the Sister Nivedita University BTech application fee and submit the form.

Step 2: Release of Merit/ Cutoff

The university releases the merit list of shortlisted candidates based on their entrance scores (WBJEE/ SNUET). Multiple merit lists are published until all seats across all specialisations are filled. Candidates who are not allotted their preferred specialisation in the first merit list can wait for subsequent lists. Selected candidates will receive an admission offer letter with furthur guidelines via email.

Step 3: Admission Confirmation & Fee Payment

All the shortlisted candidates who receive an admission offer letter and meet the SNU eligibility crietria must submit their acceptance of admission. Candidates are required to pay the first installment of the fee within one week from the date of the offer through DD, online payment, or other accepted modes. Admitted students who have confirmed their seats after receiving the admission offer letter must report to the Office of the Registrar (or designated location) for physical document verification and enrollment according to their allotted time slots.
