Adamas University BTech and BTech (Hons) courses are four years long. It is divided into eight semesters. The university offers nearly 11 specialisations for BTech and nine for BTech (Hons). Adamas University BTech admission may get done on a merit-basis. However, students with exam score may get preference. The accepted exams are WBJEE, JEE Main, and AUAT. Adamas University BTech Scholarships 2026
The students pursuing a course from the university are open to various scholarships like Scholarships for students on the basis of AUAT, Scholarships for students on the basis of marks/ CGPA, JEE Scholarship, Sports Scholarship, Merit cum Means Scholarship, Scholarship for the wards of Defence Personnel, etc. Candidates are shortlisted for the scholarships based on their merit. Merit Scholarship
Scholarship will be awarded course-wise to meritorious students based on their performance in each semester. The award of scholarship will start from second semester till the last Semester on the basis of performance in the previous semester. There may be a maximum of three numbers of scholarships of amount INR 25,000, INR 10000 and INR 10000 for the topper, the second-best topper and the third-best topper respectively in a batch having more than 20 students.
Merit-cum-Means Scholarship
A student scoring marks 60% or above or CGPA of 6.5 and above with a total income of the family not exceeding INR 3.0 Lakh per year may apply for free studentship for grant of concession in tuition fee. The number of fully free and half-free studentships for a course will be restricted to 5% for the full free studentship and 10% for half-free studentship.
