SPA Delhi MPlan Eligibility & Highlights 2025
SPA Delhi MPlan is a postgraduate course offered for a duration of two years. Under this programme, this institute offers five specialisations, including Environmental Planning, Housing, Regional Planning, Transport Planning, and Urban Planning. All these courses are offered in full-time mode.
Admission to the SPA Delhi MPlan courses is made based on valid GATE/CEED/UGC NET scores. The institute releases a merit list that includes the names of all the selected students. Further, these shortlisted students are evaluated based on performance in the qualifying exam, a portfolio of work, an interview, interest in the chosen study, and work experience. SPA Delhi was ranked in the fifth position by NIRF in the Architecture category. Hence, it tops many of the NITs except for NIT Calicut. Thus, the School of Architecture and Planning is preferred by many students. The placements at the school are also decent, in 2021, BArch students received a median package of INR 5 LPA. For admission to SPA Delhi courses, students must pay various fee components included in the SPA Delhi fee structure. SPA Delhi MPlan Curriculum 2025
The SPA Delhi MPlan curriculum provides a semester-wise list of subjects to be covered during the two-year course duration. Moreover, the distribution of these seats is also subject to the rules of reservation. As per the SPA Delhi MPlan seat reservation policy, 5% of seats are reserved for Physically Challenged Persons.
Moreover, two seats are reserved for wards or dependents of Defence or Paramilitary Personnel killed or permanently disabled in action during war or peacetime operations (Category DS). IIT Bombay has already declared results for the CEED 2026 online. The results were released on March 04, 2026, online at ceed.iitb.ac.in. To check results, candidate needs to log in to the result portals using their login ID.
CEED 2026 results was released for all candidates who appeared in the design entrance exam. However, the CEED 2026 merit rank will only be issued to candidates who qualify for Part A and are shortlisted.
