Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam (also known as SPMVV) is a public university, established in 1983 in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. Scheme is for specially-abled students with disability of not less than 40%, having annual family income upto 8 lakhs who are going to take admission in the AICTE approved institutions in the First year or in Second year
