Good facilities, good infrastructure, faculty for IIT, and an excellent way of teaching.

Placements: In my batch, the overall placement percentage was quite impressive, with around 80–85% of students successfully placed in reputed companies. The top roles offered in our course were software engineer, analyst, data engineer, associate consultant, and system engineer. Some students also got opportunities in roles like business analyst, cloud engineer, and product support specialist. Overall, the placements were above average, and the institute provided decent opportunities for both core and IT roles.

Infrastructure: The hostel facilities provided by the institute are quite good and comfortable for students. Rooms are generally well-maintained, with options for both single and shared occupancy depending on the year and availability. Basic furniture like a bed, study table, chair, and cupboard is provided, and cleanliness is maintained regularly by housekeeping staff. The hostel has a 24/7 water and electricity supply with backup, and Wi-Fi connectivity is available in most areas, which is a great help for academic work.

Faculty: The examination pattern for our course is structured and designed to evaluate both theoretical knowledge and practical application. Each semester generally includes two midterm exams and one end-of-semester exam. The midterms are usually 20-30 marks each, focusing on unit-wise portions, while the end-semester exam carries a higher weightage of around 60-70 marks. In addition to written exams, internal assessments such as class tests, assignments, projects, and presentations also contribute to the overall grade. Most exams are descriptive in nature but also include objective-type or short-answer questions, depending on the subject. Technical and practically oriented courses often have lab exams.

SRM University - Everything you need to know.

Placements: Total only 10% of students got placed in my course civil engineering out of 100%. Mostly there are students from the computer science branch. The highest package of the university is 47 LPA, and the lowest is 5 LPA. The average is 10 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Tata Consultancy Services, Laursen and Toubro, Wipro, Google, Microsoft, PayPal, and Infosys. Mostly 40% of the students got internships in my course by Laursen and Toubro. Junior manager is the role offered.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities of the college are very good. The university is new and everything is new here. The Wi-Fi is very fast and has total 200 acres of land. Everywhere you go there will be Wi-Fi on campus. Hostel is very neat and clean. Everything is clean here and the sweeper cleans the room every day. We are the first batch of this new hostel named Ganga. Medical facility is available 24/7, and we have an ambulance 24/7. Everything is available. The mess of the food is very good. It is very neat and clean from different hostels.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified. Every teacher has 2-3 degrees and they are very cooperative, whenever you ask the doubt. Every time they can tell the doubt. The course is very relevant because Amravati is a growing city and in 2030, Amravati is going to be the next Bangalore city so it is very good and we have various opportunities forward.

Other: I chose this course because of the growing India and the development of Indian projects. This course has less crowd. It provides very good opportunities forward where we can get the jobs easily.
