at Starex University, Gurgaon

For MBA, IILM will be a better option for you than STAREX university. IILM is a better ranked university than STAREX. The placement packages of IILM are also better. The highest package offered at IILM was 20LPA and average was 6LPA. While in STAREX, average was 3 and the highest was 10LPA. The difference can be clearly seen. IILM is much more expensive than STAREX as the fees for MBA here is 4.4 lacs while in STAREX it's only 2lacs.But the returns on the fees invested are much better at IILM. So final choice should be made by overseeing all these and other factors also. 

For the selection process for an MBA degree:

You must have secured 50% in your bachelor's degree of a minimum of 3 years. For the Reserved category, it is 45%. 

For admission, you must have cleared any national-level exam like the CAT or you can opt for an entrance exam done by the university.

After clearing the exam you will get a call for an interview. You will get admission only after clearing the interview.

Entrance test weightage is 60% while for an interview it is 40%.

The minimum cut off percentage for MBA at STAREX university is 85 percent. You also need a bachelor's degree with minimum 50 percent from a recognised university. The student has to first qualify in the entrance exam and cut off. After qualifying in the cut off, final admission processes will take place like group interview followed by personal interview and counselling. After these final admission steps, seats will be alloted to the student. During the admission process students may also apply for facilities like scholarships etc. 

The course aspirants should first check out the eligibility requirements to get admitted in the programme. Eligible students can proceed with the application procedure. The university then call aspirants for the entrance test/interview round. On the basis of aspirants performance in the selection rounds, the seat allotment process is carried out. The selection rounds are conducted by the STAREX University.

STAREX University is moderately costly if we see other factors side by side. The B.Tech fees at this University is around INR 3.2 lakh- 4.8 lakh and the MBA fees is also around INR 3 lakh. It can be said that the fees in not too much expensive but is expensive. Other colleges charge less fees than this as offer better ROI than this university. The average package offered is INR 10 LPA and average is INR 3 LPA. Seeing the return on fees invested, it's okay. So if  a student is trying to pursue any course from this university he/she should consider other factors also such as Facility, Infrastructure etc. and feedback from current students should also be taken.

Although there are many courses available to pursue at STAREX University, but BTech and MBA are the top courses here. Courses like Msc., BPharma etc. are also available but the ROIs for these courses are not good. The fees of the courses are very high. The placement packages are also not so good, so BTech and MBA are the top courses of this college which provides a decent  return on fees invested.
