I am satisfied with our university, but I hope it will improve in the coming years.
Placements: Our college name has changed to the Pandit Lakhmi Chand State University of Performing and Visual Arts. There is no placement cell in our university. As a part of our curriculum, there is a year of practical training (internship) which students have to apply on their own.
Infrastructure: Classrooms and labs are fully furnished, and students are being taught practically as well as through digital learning. Our university lacks plotters which we require to print sheets although we have one at our stationery. But it costs very much for the students, so there should be a plotter for us which can print sheets at subsidised rates. Now, in the hostel, we lack medical facilities, but staff members are very active to take us to the nearest hospital in terms of emergency. But the hostel lacks basic medical facilities.
Faculty: Faculty members here are really qualified and pay personal attention to every student. They are available after college hours also for clearing our doubts and queries. All the faculty members hold a masters degree and are also from very reputed colleges. However, the quality of their teaching is very good. But what is there in the industry is completely different from what they taught because they are teaching the basics.
Other: As of now, fests are not being held in our college.

I am satisfied to study here. It helped me in shaping my career.
Placements: There is no such thing as placement in film making or art department. There are private companies in the different film industries in India and abroad be it in music production houses or ad films, corporate films, promotional films, and the different regional films production houses in the different hook and corner of India. Being from a film school is a privilege and students are given preference. Students can also work as teachers in the different government and private films schools in India. State university of performing and visual arts has given a wide placement and has made the college proud. Students are working in Bollywood and different film industries in the country. They have worked in movies like Sultan, Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga, Satellite Shankar, Kabir Singh, etc., as actors, directors, Cinematographers, editors and sound persons. They have also made some very good films like Hawayein, which will be released on 14 February 2020 and various short films. Our college degree films have been screened in various film festivals around the globe and have earned awards.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good, and it costs about 300 crores. It has Wi-Fi facility in every corner of the campus. The college provides central auditorium and mini auditorium, and it has 7.1 sound atmos set up. Even film and television institute of India, Pune works on 5.1 setups. There are playgrounds, basketball and volleyball grounds. The library has a huge collection of about 3 lacs books, and it takes care to promote practical learning.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful and caring. They are highly qualified, and they have passed from different film schools of India like FTII, SRFTI Pune and NSD Delhi. They have a minimum experience of about 10 years in the Mumbai film industry. They have worked in movies like Dhoom 2 and Rang De Basanti. Various films persons visit our college regularly for guest lectures. Students are taken to film festivals across the country on government expense like Kerala, Goa, Pune, Dharamsala etc. It makes the student ready to face the hurdles when you leave the campus.
Other: I have chosen this course because I like the arts. This campus is rich in the arts. The alumni network is good. It offers good education in the least fees, and the only government film school in India offering bachelors degree. I wish the college was located in some huge city as the locals of Haryana paint that are comforting for an outsider. The mentality of the people here towards arts is not that good. Scholarships are provided to meritorious students. Different state government provide scholarships to students of that state. It is rich in extracurricular activities. Campus crowd is average because of the limited number of admissions. Fest is organised once every year. There is the Rajiv Gandhi Sports complex in the vicinity.

Infrastructure is good and facilities is also good.
Placements: In this college there is no placement system specially for architecture students, they all get job by their own responsibility. Even no companies is visited for giving the placement. By own responsibility students were searching jobs. Students were facing many problems after qualifying their respective courses.
Infrastructure: All facilities are available which is good except medical facility which is not provided by college in campus or as well as in hostel also. Classrooms, library, Wi-Fi, labs are good. The quality of food in canteen not so much satisfied. Labs Quality is good but classrooms quality is not so much good.
Faculty: The teaching quality is not so much good, teachers are good but not so much helpful specially for 1 year students. NO I am not getting any industry exposure. Yes course curriculum is useful. And also the method of teaching is not good from my side because in architecture practical is more important than theory.
