Good college with good campus and average placements.
Placements: As of now I am in 3rd year of my stream of mechanical engineering. From my experience I have seen my department students getting 7-8 LPA, though the avearge package is between 3-4 LPA. Almost 90-95 % of the students gets placed. The top recruiting companies which came for placement drive were ashok leyland, accenture and rest were the tech companies and as well as BPO companies. There is separate queue if you are hardworking enough you might get the internship while you are in college and the college provides NOC if you are working on the internship. Mostly the roles offered to the students were of either junior engineers or the customer support representative in the BPO companies.
Infrastructure: If I talk about the infrastructure provided in the college. It is one of the best university which provides good class facilities on campus. Wi-Fi connectivity is awesome in spite of so many users. All the labs of my department were well equipped with all the machinery for learning and on hand skill. Classrooms are well furnished along with the modern teaching amenities. Smart teaching devices are available for better understanding of the students. I have visited both central as well as department library both of them are rich in diversity and highly resourceful. I have not used the hostel facility but they do provide it. A fastfood canteen is installed within the campus which serves a whole lot of different fast food. Sports field are available inside the campus such as football ground, badminton court, basketball ground, cricket ground and etc. And time to time different sports fest is organized.
Faculty: All the teachers in my department are highly qualified and rich in their in depth of knowledge. They are highly professional in their method of teaching and approach of solving a particular question or problem. They satisfy the need of knowledge posed by the student. Overall the teaching quality is well rest depends on the student how much benefit they can take from them. My course as of mechanical engineering is very well related to the industry approach and learning of the machinery and their concept. Semester exam are of moderate difficulty level. If one prepares well enough and regularly pays attention to the class teaching he can score a very good percentage. The pass percentage is 33% in every semester.
Other: I chose the branch of mechanical engineering because previously I have already done it. I got my admission here transferred from JNU so that I could complete it. The best thing about my course is that they provide in depth practical knowledge which is necessary to be a best fit into the industry I am going to work in. Everything in my course is just up to mark. The university organises a whole lot of cultural fest name to some of them are annual fest axiom, sports fest bellicose, tech fest aayat and many more. Campus is connected to the nearest railway station of Jaipur that is gandhinagar Jaipur junction. Many good and aesthetic cafes and parks are surrounded by the campus. I ahve not applied for any scholarship therefore I don't know much about it. Guest lectures and other extra curricular activities are organized in the campus time to time.

Our college provided great placements in the year 2018.
Placements: Almost 95% of the students from our course got placed. Top Recruiting companies like JB Glass, IBM, Bosch, etc., visit our college for placements. A top role offered in our course is a design engineer. The highest salary package offered in our course was 4.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 1 LPA. Almost 100% of the students from our course got an internship at the college.
Infrastructure: There is a pollution-free environment. The institute is spread over 15 acres with well-ventilated classrooms. Our college provides both outdoor and indoor sports and games facility. Our college provides the best hostel facility for both boys and girls. Wi-Fi facility is also available here.
Faculty: The course curriculum is very good. Our college conducts many workshops and industrial visits. The college has great team of faculty members. We get all study materials at our college. We get all classes transcripts in our WhatsApp. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes the students industry-ready.

It is a good college in terms of infrastructure but lags in placements.
Placements: I passed out in 2014 from this university. During our tenure, very less companies visited our college for placements, and most of the companies are either from the BPO sector or IT sector. Many of the students from the mechanical course also opted for BPOs and got an average salary package of 2.4 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our university has a very beautiful and huge campus, along with a wonderful cricket ground in the centre of the university which makes it very beautiful. The university has a separate hostel for boys and girls, but it offers a hostel for day scholars also. Our university has a good canteen and gym.
Faculty: The teaching quality of the teachers here is not bad or not very good. Some of the faculty members are very knowledgeable and have a good experience while some are very new and has very less knowledge of their own subjects which they teach.
Other: I have chosen this course because I have a passion for becoming a mechanical engineer. I got some amount of scholarship because of my AIEEE marks.

If you have faith in yourself, then go and take admission in Suresh Gyan Vihar University.
Placements: All the placements depend on students, and the companies approached the college for placements are less. A few students got placements, I guess. There are up to 20-25% of the placements in my senior batches from the engineering department, and the management course placements are too good.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is one of the best in Jaipur, and the campus environment is also very nice. All the facilities are available in the campus like a library, gym, medical facilities, sports ground, etc. The library buildings are big, and the hostels for boys and girls are inside the campus. We also have a temple on the campus, and there is also a beautiful cricket ground in the centre of the campus.
Faculty: Some of the faculty members are dedicated and intellectual, and a few of them are average. The course curriculum is lengthy and less practical to learn. Only a few teachers are supportive, and most of them have no time for students. If you can work hard on your own and can get placement offline, you can study here.
Other: Regarding the events and fests, SGVU is a happening campus.

School of Engineering and Technology, Suresh Gyan Vihar University.
Placements: In a batch of 70, only a few students got placed from campus placements, and rest of us got jobs from outside while most of the package the companies were offering was around 2.4 lacs per annum. There were an influx of IT, BPOs, and customer support companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure-wise, the college is good. We have got good Wi-Fi with good surfing speed. We got labs, but most of the machines are not in working condition. There are multiple sports facilities both indoor and outdoor ones. The food available in the canteen is of good quality with hygiene. The hostel rooms are similar to other colleges hostels, and you can eat the food provided by them.
Faculty: The faculty understands the subject, but unable to teach. Some of the faculty members were far too good for the college, so they left, others either remained because of salary or closeness to home. The course is at par with the standards and with special attention towards the personality development.
Other: Fest is overall good. We used to have 2 fests. One is cultural fest, and another is a technical fest.
