Good infrastructure and satisfactory services.
Placements: I don't know the exact percentage of placement but the placement of computer Science and electronics and communication was good. For the core branch (Mechanical and Electrical) especially mechanical, placement was not good. All they have BPO or so-called call center job for mechanical aspirant.
Infrastructure: Good infrastructure along with air-conditioned campus, labs, and classes are satisfactory but some labs need upgradation as they have some old and out our date machinery. I don't know much bout the hostel mess as I was residing outside the college campus but to my knowledge mess, food was not so bad.
Faculty: Lecturers in colleges especially in the mechanical department have good subject knowledge and support students in all aspects of their life, have good teaching quality. Course curriculum is up to date as per Rajasthan technical university and AICTE norms.
Other: I choose this course because of my interest in machinery and the best thing being a mechanical engineer, that u know almost everything you use day to day life from transport vehicles to air conditioner. One thing must be improved that the individual has the freedom to choose subject other than core subject. For example, if one wants to learn computer programming along with mechanical, they have the freedom to choose computer programming as a subject.

Satisfied with this college more than average, because of it's study vibes and friendly faculties.
Placements: This is a nice college having good number of students, It has branches like EE, ME, EC, IT, CS and almost 20-25% of students were present in mechanical. In case of placement, there is not very much hope because 2 or 3 companies comes and offers jobs for maximum 20 students. Mechanical course have a bright future in automobile industries. As being a mechanical engineer you may be a project manager or a scientist also. Many of mechanical students are getting a good average salary like 12 Lacs p. a. Almost every student did internship from different automobiles industries or thermal power plants.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure is admirable, nice space, good classrooms, and playing grounds are available. Hostel rooms are very nice, but in terms of food, it fells down a little bit. In case of sports it gives many opportunities for intercollege championships.
Faculty: Teachers are well educated and qualified. Let me give you an example, our dean is a professional engineer from London, and same as many teachers are from a good engineering backgrounds. But their teaching quality depends on specific person to person. But overall good teaching staffs with strict rules.
Other: I choose mechanical because of my interest in automobiles field. And because of my good numerical solving skills. I wosh my college gives more practicals and projects to upgrade my skills. If you talk about events, it is very good college, it's events are very fantastic
Like DJ night, freshors, annual day, sports day, intercollege championships in all games like cricket, football, basketball, robotics etc. So I'll give full marks for extracurricular activities.

Government Engineering College is better for sure. It's far much better than GIT. But, branch-wise, scope in CS is more than IT. But college wise, Government Engineering College Ajmer is better than GIT Jaipur. All the best!
