SRTMUN offers a two-year full-time MBA course. This course is taught by the School of Commerce and Management Sciences. SRTMUN accepts admission to this course through a valid score of MAH CET, followed by MAH CET CAP Counselling. This exam is conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, for admission to MBA courses in various institutes in the state of Maharashtra. 

SRTMUN shortlists aspirants based on their scores in state-level entrance exams, such as MAH B.Ed CET, MAH MBA CET, MHT CET, etc. for admission to specific courses. The university conducts Common Entrance Test (CET) for admission to programmes, such as BSc, MSc, etc. For all others programmes, merit of the candidates in the last qualifying exam is considered for admission. 

SRTMUN JEE Main cutoff 2025 was released in the form of opening and closing ranks for admission to the BE/BTech course for all round and categories in the All India quota.
