TMU admission to BTech course is based on JEE Main or UPCET score. Candidates are also shorlisted based on their merit in the last qualifying exam for BTech. Additionally, candidates must also pass Class 12 with Physics, Maths & Chemistry (or Computer Science) with a minimum of 50% aggregate and passing marks in English to apply for TMU BTech course. BTech is a four-year course divided into eight semesters. TMU Moradabad offers BTech in seven specialisations through the College of Computing Sciences & IT. Faculty of Engineering under TMU offers BTech in eight specialisations approved by AICTE.
