TMU admission to BTech course is based on JEE Main or UPCET score. Candidates are also shorlisted based on their merit in the last qualifying exam for BTech. Additionally, candidates must also pass Class 12 with Physics, Maths & Chemistry (or Computer Science) with a minimum of 50% aggregate and passing marks in English to apply for TMU BTech course. After completion of the selection rounds, candidates need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat. The total tuition fee for BTech course ranges between INR 3.24 lakh and INR 5.04 lakh.

BTech is a four-year course divided into eight semesters. TMU Moradabad offers BTech in seven specialisations through the College of Computing Sciences & IT. Faculty of Engineering under TMU offers BTech in eight specialisations approved by AICTE.

The total tuition fee for TMU BTech course ranges between INR 2.4 lakh - INR 5.6 lakh. The fee is calculated based on the semester tuition fee. Aspirants need to confirm their seats with TMU BTech fee. In case an aspirant is unable to pay the course fee, his or her admission stands canceled. Apart from the course fee, candidates need to pay a registration fee in the start of the admission process. Candidates need to pay a non-refundable application fee of INR 1,000 via online or offline payment mode.

• A discount of 10% in tuition fees shall be given to the siblings of students studying/ seeking admission in the university with the condition that it will be given to the sibling whose fee is lesser and it shall be applicable only on first-year tuition fees and not on subsequent years.
