It is not a good idea to come here.

Placements: University claims to have a 90 percent placement rate as of now (in 2026). But to my knowledge, I have talked with many seniors, and the placement rate for the tech school is very low. If you consider a 3–4 LPA placement a good package, then you may join ICFAI University. Highest package this year is 12 LPA. The lowest is 3 LPA. The average package is around 4–4.5 LPA. Placements: Hello this is Shivam Kumar Singh. I am pursuing my B.Tech from ICFAI University Dehradun and talking about the placement what I saw and I heard is that placement record is pretty good over the last 4 years. Almost everyone gets placed in tech department but the salary packages are not too high it's moderate from 4LPA to 12 LPA. This is the salary range in tech department and if talking about some other department then law and business are really amazing here no doubt about that.

Placements: The previous year, 80 percent of the batch got placed with the highest package of 8 LPA, the lowest went 3 LPA, and the average package is 4 LPA.
