The Neotia University BSc admission dates typically fall between January and July every year. To avoid missing the deadline, aspirants must apply soon after their Class 12 results are declared. However, the university also accepts early applications for admission. Candidates applying before their Class 12 results are declared can select the 'Result Awaited' option while applying. The Neotia University BSc Admission 2025: How to Apply?
The Neotia University BSc admission process includes multiple steps. Some of these steps are the online application, provisional admission, final admission, etc. All the steps included in the process of The Neotia University admission for BSc courses are described below in detail:
Application Process
The BSc application process is conducted online on the university's official website (www.tnu.in). Before applying, aspirants must fill out the registration form for UG courses. After the registration process is completed, an email with a link to the applicants' Dashboard is automatically sent to the registered email ID along with log in & password details. Applicants must log in to their Dashboard, fill out the Application Form for their desired specialisation, upload the required documents and submit a non-refundable application fee of INR 300.
Provisional Admission
Once the application form is submitted successfully, a unique 'Application Number' is generated for each applicant. The next step is to submit INR 20,000 for 'Provisional Admission'. The 'Provisional Admission Fee' for a BSc (Hons) in Applied Psychology is INR 10,000. Part-payment for the 'Provisional Admission fee' is not accepted. The fee must be paid using online payment modes (NEFT, UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, etc.) as no cash transaction is accepted during the admission procedure. Applicants must also share a screenshot of the “Transaction ID” with the respective admission counsellor and the designated person in the Accounts Department through an e-mail on the prescribed email ID.
Final Admission
BSc admission is based on the applicants' performance in the last qualifying exam (Class 12/equivalent), eligibility, and seat availability. However, candidates willing to pursue a BSc in Nautical Science and a BSc in Nursing must have a valid rank in IMU CET and JENPAS, respectively. Selected candidates are issued 'Offer Letters' which are accessible through their registered e-mail/Dashboard.
Admission Confirmation & Fee Payment
Selected candidates must log in to their Dashboard to fill out the 'Online Admission Form', upload all the required documents and submit the remaining amount of The Neotia University fee for the first semester. The BSc fee for the first semester includes a one-time fee of INR 29,000 (INR 82,000 in the case of BSc in Nautical Science). The first-semester tuition fee for various BSc courses ranges between INR 25,000 and INR 1.62 lakh (subject to changes). The admission process is completed with the generation of a 'UID Number'. Candidates without a 'UID Number' are not allowed to attend the classes.
